I was super impressed when they brought our food out and they handed it out telling us what each item was rather than just giving up the tray and running back to the back. This act turned this five-star restaurant into a 10-star restaurant I would eat here everyday just because of the service.
Dairy Queen in Beloit Kansas is a nice place. Dairy Queen at the place where you can get a lot of ice cream. Dairy Queen awful makes dilly bars which are great. You can order ice cream cake at dairy Queen which is really nice. The food is excellent for a fast food restaurant such as dairy Queen. The service is as you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The staff appear to be nice. The facility is clean and modern. Just dairy Queen does have high chairs for children.

I grew up going to this Dairy Queen, and it’s still yummy. The restroom was clean, and our server went above and beyond the call for a fast food place! Nice job! It was fun to take my kids to a place from my childhood.

My husband and I went in for a quick bite traveling from Nebraska. The restaurant was clean. Restrooms were immaculate…an added bonus!!! I can’t recall the lady’s name that served us. I want to say her name is Tana?? Anyways, I don’t have the receipt in my hand with her name on it. But, boy oh boy, she delivered OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We cut up the whole time we were in there. She interacted with us like we were the regular customers that followed us in. She made sure our order was on point before it left her hand to mine. She made us feel like we were at home. She deserves 10 stars along with a lot of recognition and a raise for her acts of kindness and how she really represented your brand. I’m a server at Thunder Road in Nebraska. Serving the public is the hardest job in the world by far. This lady went above and beyond and exceeded the expectations required for this job!!! If we had more people like her in this particular role, work would be a lot less stressful and pleasant to be at. I’m probably boggling your mind on who’s writing this review. I’m the girl that came in there with the rainbow colored braids lol. But, I want to thank you for greeting us and taking care of us . I wanted to make it a priority on my review to give your employee recognition for her hard work and dedication to your establishment. If anyone has to make a stop in Beloit, Kansas to eat, I highly recommend this place!!!❤️
