No adult supervision and zero sense of urgency from the employees. The building is in disrepair and the the drive thru hasn’t worked for weeks. Very frustrating! Didn’t end up getting anything because of the lack of urgency to help any customers. Numerous cars in the drive thru and customers standing around the inside with no one even asking if anyone needed help. One poor lady was just trying to purchase something out of the freezers but no one felt inclined to help her. Bad management starts at the ownership. It’s time for new ownership of the Derby Dairy Queen!

I was very impressed with the service here! My daughter accidentally dropped her chicken tender on the floor, and without hesitation, the staff quickly replaced it. No questions asked, they were happy to take care of us and make sure my family had a great experience. without hesitation, the staff quickly replaced it. They greeted us as we came in and Excellent customer service and kindness like this really stand out. Thank you, Dairy Queen, for going above and beyond!

Stopped by approximately two hours before closing. A number of employees were on hand. The dining area was empty, and the drive-through had a few cars. My child and I waited at the counter, anticipating service, but did not receive any acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. As it became evident that our order would not be taken, we decided to leave.

the ice cream wasn’t frozen. they were out of most boxed treats. if you go to dairy queen you expect FROZEN ICE CREAM and they were still making shakes , blizzards etc with the barely thick milk

Went in at 8:50 pm on 5/29 and was not a good experience. Our order was wrong but the girl remade it, our ice cream was half melted and the boy started to clean the lobby at 9pm loudly putting chairs up to mop the floor already closing down a hour before they should.
