Ordered online, food still took 20 minutes after arriving to get done. Cheese curds were under done, mushy and tasted of grease. Burger bun was cold and very dense. After getting our order I had to go back in to get the second burger of our order. Got down the road and realized they forgot my daughter’s milk and dessert also. Will be a long time before I’m desperate enough to go back to this or any dairy queen.

My husband and I ordered a large dipped cone. What we received was definitely NOT a large. The ice cream filled the center of the cone and then straight up not touching the top edges of the cone like advertised. The ice cream was about 2 inches high above the cone. We used to get cones there in the past and were satisfied with the “large” size. I don’t know if the teenagers working there were new employees or if they were taught to rip off the customers. To say the least, we were very disappointed.

WAS ALWAYS GREAT at Council Grove until tonight 6/24/25. Horrible service. Order wasn’t right but they corrected after some attitude. Food was not fresh! Old chicken and barely any fries. Forgot drinks and sides. Smh.

Just waited 20 min for 3 small shakes and two blizzards took 5 to 8 min just to start the order . They brought our shakes out clean and fine the blizzards came out overflowing completely messy one napkin around them dripping everywhere. They young help there were clearly not concerned for delivering professionally with any part of a brain for knowing how messy and we had to ask for napkins. Where’s the commons since in knowing how to clean up?

I genuinely feel bad for the people who were working the day that we came. It was a league track meet and we had 6 different schools all rushing to the same Dairy Queen. The line wrapped around the building, and my food still tasted delicious. However, I witnessed an employee get very irritated with everybody because someone wasn’t picking up their Oreo blizzard, and another lady who was working at the register, said to him, “keep it together man!” and he was still fuming. I mean, can you blame him, though? He was under some immense pressure. The confetti cake dipped cone is exquisite, but I am also a bit depressed they don’t have popcorn shrimp year-round.

I would suggest you teach the boys you have working there a little manners and personality!!! They seem to go along way in this type of business!! They are very rude. Customer service is everything.!!!! Explains why there’s no one there and your workers are standing around doing nothing but eating

A very busy place the tables and the seating for clean wasn’t any trash laying around I had the chicken strips with onion rings also I had one of those hot fudge sundae very nice portions
