Terrible restaurant, VERY, VERY, VERY slow drive thru line and there was only one person ahead of us. They got one of our 4 sandwich wrong, they didn’t even apologize and were quite rude. Employees had no manners or people skills.

Went there for new bacon melt. Got 2 combos with half fries and half onion rings and Fanta soda and a zero sprite. Burgers in pic look amazing, lots of bacon and chesse and grilled onions. This is what I got. Half a pc of bacon and a few somewhat cooked onions and very little sauce. The fries and onion rings were good. I will say at least order was correct. Better than other chains lately, young lady that took my oder was very nice and made sure she got it right at window before I payed. Good job.

I went to the drive thru. I recieved my food. Service was fine. When I got to my destination where I could eat my fish was burnt and so were the fries. The tea was good. Was very disappointed

You think when you walk into a Burger King that you know exactly what you’ll get: good fast food and adequate service. This visit though was very different.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful with the food being perhaps the best that I have ever had at Burger King. I was very surprised when our food was delivered to our table, with a smile. I watched a number of people that came into the lobby to order and eat in the dining room have the same experience. What a refreshing difference from my usual fast food restaurant experiences.
The only issue preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the sauce for my chicken nuggets was initially forgotten.

Food was cooked fresh off the grill and fryer. It was delicious and hot. Great service. Friendly staff. Bathroom was clean. Tables were clean. Will go back. Were out of diet Dr Pepper…my only complaint.

Okay so I went here twice a few days apart. The first time being on a Monday and around 12/1pm and the food was excellent and so was the service. But a few days later when we went it was a total different experience. It was a Thursday and was around 7pm. The majority of the employees were rude and ignored us standing there, the burgers were pink, and asking for some sauce seemed to have been the biggest & hardest task for them. There was one employee there that night that was attentive and very nice, a guy, but unfortunately we didn’t catch his name.

If I order my food as soon as I drive thru and wait almost 15 to 20 minutes for it, you’d think it would be nice and hot… nope fries was lukewarm at best and so was my bacon burger king. Drink was watered down. Employees were friendly enough.

Staff was friendly. But nuggets were far from fresh and lukewarm. Fries were adequate, but very salty. Soda machine offered 5 choices so you’d have to ask if they had a specific drink behind the counter. Ketchup was empty so had to ask for packets. The bathroom was clean, though. So that was nice.

I popped through the drive thru to get a little something to tide me over as I was headed to my Dr., and I was having dinner out afterwards.
The drive thru girl was very rude and impatient.
I ordered a small Oreo milkshake, and a small glass of water. The milkshake was only 2/3 full, and it didn’t even have any whipped cream on top. It’s not like their milkshakes are cheap, is a little puff of whipped cream really going to break the bank, or was it just that the rude worker failed to add it? They were so impatient to get us out of there, they slammed the window before we could even ask for a napkin. Summer + ice cream = napkins.
