We stopped only for ice cream. The person waiting the counter was very unprofessional. I ordered a blizzard with NO chocolate syrup and I got a blizzard WITH chocolate syrup. I asked them to remake it and they did. My partner got a dip cone. The cone was very stale. All in all our experience was very disappointing.

Some fiances burger was great, my chicken basket however was sad. The gravy had the consistency of water and very little flavor. Went through the drive thru to order and when I got to the window the kid asked what I ordered. Apparently they got the order wrong. My blizzard was liquid and not ice cream. Probably why he didnt turn it upside down when he handed it to me. This place is pathetic. Definitely not up to Dairy Queen standards.

This is a normal fast food place. The staff was very friendly. We ordered and paid then our food was brought to our table. There was construction so the atmosphere was a little confused. The food was very fresh and very tasty.

We bought 4 blizzard today. They were so liquidy, not thick at all, we could just drink them. None had all the ingredients that they should have been. I got a turtle pecan. It didnt have any caramel or fudge, just pecans. The other was butterfinger. It might have had 1 small spoonful of candy. The third one was a cherry chocolate chuck. It only had some cherries in it, no chocolate chucks. The 4th one was snicker brownie. It had no snickers, and no brownies at all. It did have a few nuts.This isnt the first time we have had this. About ready to NEVER go to the Burlington, Kansas DQ again. Tired of spending that much money and not getting what I ordered. We always get our food to go so you dont know all this until you’re home.

Too expensive. Blizzard had plain ice cream on the bottom. When asked for a better blended one the next time I went the Blizzard was thinking. So tried a third time and Blizzard had the same extreme with 2 inches of plain vanilla ice cream on bottom 2 inches of it.

Traveling through on Mothers Day and had exceptional service. Even with the number of people in the restaurant the manager had a very positive attitude.
