i went to go get food around 8pm at night, first the girl on the speaker was rude and rushing, second they didnt have Mozzarella sticks so we got onion rings instead no big deal, we also asked for no onions on are burgers, then we get up to the window and the girl is acting i wanna say drunk or high, anyways we pay and everything i ask if i can get some ranch dressing she says yes, then as were waiting for are food at the window the girl proceeded to hit her vape infront of us, then we get are food, no ranch, onion rings are soggy and greasy and disgusting,
and we had onions on are burgers, in my defense the service or the food has never been so terrible in my life, but tonight it was. and it was enough for me to throw away my food an get taco bell instead i will not be eating at this location again. they need todo better, and get better employees!!!!!!!

This is the second time in a month that I ordered 2 biscuits only to be told they only have 1 and I will have to wait 20 minutes. Number 1 when you start getting low on biscuits START SOME MORE. Don’t wait until you get an order and tell me I have to wait. If you don’t have the food I shouldn’t have to pay for it. I asked last time to just get a refund and was told it couldn’t be done. We’ll do you know what’s done me eating at your restaurant again. I ate there several times a week but now I’m done.

Normally great food and service. I’m there once a week. Same order…every time. Tonight, the young man ive never seen before in the drive thru whipped thru my order and finished so fast that nothing on the screen was right. I wanted A double whopper with cheese and mustard only and three whopper jr’s with cheese and plain. Nothing had cheese. The double whopper was a single with no cheese and a junior whopper patty in the same bun. So…for everything I paid for, all I got in the bag was meat and bun. Ridiculous.

This has been my go to Burger King since high school (2000) — so lots of nostalgia there. They’ve honestly never let me down. Drive thru is always fast and my order is always accurate. Staff is always friendly. Whenever I’m craving a fast, good burger and those crazy yummy hershey pies, this is my go to! (Impossible burger is really good too)

Man.. here it is. 10:30 at night, I just got done working. All we wanted was some burgers and hot temp fries. Instead, like the other times ive been here late. Its literally thrown together and sauce all over the bun and missing everything I asked for.. AGAIN! Bro, its not hard to work here. I did it as a kid, for christ sakes take some pride in your service. I doubt this review is going to do shit, but for the love of God, shape up guys. I spent almost 40 bucks on food I just had to throw away and go straight to taco bell because its not worth my sanity to try and get my money back. Do better, or not, I dont care. Im done woth bk. Came in late tonight, absolutely no one in the drive thru, a young boy named “Jon” took our order tonight, told us he isn’t making a shake that we were gonna pay for, ended up wanting to get a spicy chicken sandwich, rudely asked us are we sure because it takes 7 minutes to cook. I’ve worked in fast food and understand what the normal procedure is, ordered 3 burgers. One combo, came to the window and gave us a mean look, had us park in the front (no biggie) and then presumed to bring our food out. Smoke in front of us and what i can see is a MINOR. Coldest fries ever and they were hard. Chicken sandwich was not spicy and slathered in mayo.

The last 10 times I’ve been here they’ve messed up my order every time. Its always the night shift. Now on 12/5 6:30 pm. I made a mobile order for drive through. Ive been in line for 15 minutes and I havent moved forward once. Not one thing in the entire restaurant takes 15 minutes to make. Not one. If upper management is reading this, please do something about your terrible incompetent night shift.

Jon J should probably not work here. They took 30 mins to make our food but my 5 minutes was a major inconvenience for him. He was very angry about every single thing. If they messed up he was cursing and rolling his eyes at everything. I have never had a good experience and this is my 3rd time here I thought they would have upgraded to better staff and food but that has not happened yet. If you need something quick this is not a good place to go.

They can use an extra cleaning during the day shift. They were nice to me and I had no issues with their customer service. With the new design I find it harder for them to see people that want to order with a person. Not fond of the new set up. It is a seemingly smaller area to dine in now. It is more modern in the design and switching to computers to have the customer self serve which I hope will benefit them.

The rudest service every single time when me or a friend or family or anyone that I know every single time that I hear or that I experience of myself is the rudest customer service. They always give me the wrong order and they yell at me like it’s my fault. Something should be changed here. This is not how you treat people for customer service HR or corporate needs to get involved this is not OK this is the rudest Burger King in town, especially when I was using the nicest tone and having to wait a whole hour of patience.
