Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The crew constantly fighting with each other within earshot of the lobby. The 2 girls up front had the gall to tell me that I needed to greet THEM to get my order from pickup after they literally ignored the entire lobby with their backs turned and pulling out their cell phones. I ordered light lettuce and I heard her say “just don’t put any on it, he isntnhere yet. Maybe if you would have asked me while I patiently waited to even be acknowledged. This service is awful, do NOT eat here!

It’s too bad that someone in the kitchen was having a bad day and made these ladies look just awful. I ordered my sandwich with no mayo. I got lots of mayo on both buns. And some badly wilted lettuce. It looked like someone made a sandwich for a spouse that they can’t stand. No thank you! Gross

So I came in and payed this kid but was 40 cents short, and asked if he could run it and I’ll be back so it can be ready when I get back. Not only was it not ready but I had a family five that literally went probably about 10 seconds after I came in the door and he seen me but at the end you know it’s something that the manager at first kind of getting didn’t give me an attitude but kind of just shrugged her shoulders and I just I’m not even I wish I could give it the energy in the whole place is maybe they need a raise well they definitely don’t maybe deserve it but they need their spirits up somehow

I googled Burger King and it showed me a list of options to choose from and it had an impossible burger for eight dollars. So I drove to the BK and was told that I had to download the app in order to get that price. I told the manager that I did not want to download the app and he turned and walked away and said he couldn’t do anything. I will never eat at Burger King again!!!
