This Dairy Queen has consistently given me wrong sizes (will put smaller cup into larger cup to hide this). It is always a guess if they will be open or closed in mid-afternoon. Also, the food is rarely hot.

Monday night we went there at 8pm order three meals and popcorn chicken got home 30 min away oh and two shakes that was not good any got home only 2 burgers no bacon on them no drinks the fries was just a few tried calling they closed called next day no manager left number still waiting

If I could rate 0, I would. I greW up at the DQ, come back as an adult and wow how much has changed. 1. Cleanliness, there was mold on the floor by the freezers, the floor hadn’t been mopped in honestly who knows. 2. Food, my fries were under cooked some still frozen, my toast was burnt, gravy tasted absolutely disgusting, the A1 burger cheese had a weird taste like it had set out way to long, the bun was stale. 3 ice creams, all were half melted when we got them, and tasted spoiled. Food poisoning waiting to happen, needs to be shut down.

After a very long wait, our order wasn’t right. Was missing an entire meal. The meal we did get had only half the fries in the box. Was told they would fix it but as we sat there waiting for another long while with cars lined up behind us, we saw the worker put her hands into the waist band of her pants and scratch several times, then touch stuff, then do it again. We were grossed out so knocked on the glass to have them come over so we could just refund our money and go somewhere else. The woman rubbed her nose and face on the way over…then touched our card to do the refund. It was very disgusting. I would have been grossed out if we weren’t in a pandemic but they clearly were going to be getting people sick anyway. Eweeeee…grossest DQ EVER!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I order three cheeseburgers two which were kid’s cheeseburger and all three of them were not cooked all the way. I had a hair in my fries. I didn’t receive the correct size in my meal but it didnt brother to say anything cause mistakes happen and that was little mistake, it makes it hard when they don’t read back your order or give you a receipt. Not cooking food all the way is where i draw the line. I try to call up there more than twice since I got home but nobody answered.

The sign used to say no dine in. Now they say jsut stay 6ft apart and the lobby closes at 7. It is 5:55 and the lobby is closed. We like to eat the ice cream there and not travel since it melts fast. Change your signs or follow your hours. Pretty simple. Also to add. We couldn’t even order in the drive thru. No one came to the speaker.

Easy to get in and out of drive thru. I enjoyed a buster bar. Husband was surprised when he found out they have a dairy free dilly bar! (He is lactose intolerant) He was relishing every bit.
