The food was warm and all but I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with mustard ketchup pickles only and got one sandwich with everything 2 splits which were supposed to be both chocolate ice cream and both were vanilla the other one was supposed to not have whipped cream or anything else but chocolate syrup but had everything then called me a lier saying that I put the toppings on here at my house not sure where this guy has come from but I been going to this DQ for years and now it’s gone down hill he was rude called me lier saying I added everything to my sandwich here at home he needs to go and I think Nevada needs to boycott DQ til they get a manager in there that knows how to treat customers

We’re not really into fast food other than Chick-fil-A. However, when you compare Dairy Queen’s food, especially here in our hometown, to the other hamburger fast food joints, Dairy Queen’s burgers are really good. Not to mention their onion rings are fantastic also.

I just wanted to leave a review for Nevada, Mo Dairy Queen. We brought our son out to reward him with some ice cream for his hard work today. We were immediately greeted by Walter & Olivia as soon as we walked in the door. The store was super clean, all the staff was in good spirits, & our cashier Olivia was super sweet. My husband & son ordered ice cream. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a small coke. When I received my burger it was piping hot, it was put together nicely, & wrapped perfectly. It made my husband & son go back up there to order them some burgers too. The burgers were delicious!! Our hometown (Fort Scott, KS Dairy Queen) is a mess most of the time, it takes forever to get food, staff is always rude or don’t know what they’re doing, & lobby is never clean. Nevada, Mo Dairy had ALL KIDS working & it was probably the BEST Dairy Queen we’ve been to in a long time. I’m not sure who all the staff was tonight – September 8th, 2021 @ 8pm but I hope your manager sees this. You have no idea how impressive it was to see great examples for work ethic in today’s world. These kids gave us hope for the future. Good job Nevada, Mo Dairy Queen staff. Y’all were amazing!!

Ordered a birthday cake for last Friday, had to ask the manger to repeat himself several times because his english was very very poor. Picked up my cake, it looked like a 5 year old wrote on it and spelled Birthday incorrectly. This place has went down hill. Wish I could post a picture. It was spelt Birthdey, however when he initially wrote it down it was spelt correctly.
