Customer service sucks all the way around!!! We asked for ranch with our chicken strip meals and they were nothing but liquid. We asked for new ones and they said they are all the same. The other thing is their dining area is like being in the desert and very uncomfortable. We will not be coming back to this location ever again. I will be happy to get back to Arkansas where things are done right!!!

Our recent trip to Dairy Queen was exactly what you’d expect. While the drive-thru line was a bit slow, that seems to be the standard for DQ’s “fan-food” pace.
What stood out most was the man at the window (south Asian accent). Despite appearing incredibly stressed and busy, he was exceptionally polite and made sure to let us know our business was appreciated. Our order was almost perfect; they missed the ketchup, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us! It’s rare to see someone maintain such a kind attitude under pressure. We’ll definitely be back for the great service!

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. Everything I ordered was freshly prepared and tasted great. I thought it was great value for money. The dining area was clean and tidy.

Best stop for dog parents ever! Exit 203 in Oklahoma. We got gas, Dairy Queen, and ate in the shade while our pup played in the dog park. Best stop ever!

I went into today and a guy with a grey sweatshirt was behind the counter scratching his head. I thought well that’s gross. I asked the lady at the register if he was an employee and she said no. I said that is just gross scratching your head where the food is and hair going everywhere then before I knew it he was scratching his stomach and back.

The gentleman working the register on Friday night was very polite. Our family ordered food and ice cream and everything came quickly and was great. We were just passing through on a long trip. It was a pleasant break and I’m glad this was the stop we made.

It’s a Dairy Queen in a small town by the Interstate. Not great: The tables weren’t 100% clean. The staff was looking at their phones and took a moment to notice we were there. The great: The staff was 100% professional when talking with us and taking our order. The order was exactly right and brought to our table quickly by a very happy and pleasant staff member.

Waited 15 minutes for two blizzards that sat in the sun melting the whole time. They were finally handed to us dripping, with no napkins. When we started eating them we realized there was only blizzard toppings on the top portion with vanilla ice cream filling the rest of the cup! Paid extra for an intimate blizzard and the ultimate filling was left out. Very disappointed! Worst DQ experience ever!

I went inside to use restroom….clean and well-stocked. Employees very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got a fish sandwich combo with a Blizzard. AMAZING! Very impressive Dairy Queen!!!! Highly recommend….great location….easy on…East off. Thank you for lunch! ❤️
