This is the BEST DQ I have ever seen. Beautiful clean store. The service was IMPRESSIVE. Our server was very knowledgeable and pointed out the deals that were currently going one. our food was hot and speedy. I would definitely recommend this as a place to take the family for a quick meal or maybe just to grab a treat. Keep up the good work.

i’ve always loved how friendly everyone is at this DQ. however, i have been waiting since maybe the 90s for the peanut brittle crunchies to return and i was very disappointed to be given a sparse sprinkling on both of our ice creams! here is a side by side of my sister’s cone from another DQ in town on the same day. please, for goodness sake, fix the crunchie crisis!

Terrible. After asking specifically for extra in a blizzard and paying for it (as in our last experience they only mixed it halfway down and then straight ice cream) and my wife’s shake was extra extra extra thick (showed the clerk the text lol ) to be completely disappointed. 30 minutes later. Yes, 30 minutes for 2 medium blizzards and a shake that was water. I had to apologize to the other customers for interrupting their experience just to get the clerk to even get us our ice cream after it had gotten made. Terrible. Didn’t even want to go back in to have it corrected. Will never go back. Luckily they’re that close to a dispensary where everyone is stoned and has the munchies. It won’t let me post pictures of my vanilla ice cream cup half way down again.

Today 05/14/2025 the cashier when my daughter and I went was incredible.i don’t think it was the normal cashier as someone came walking up with a headpiece shortly after. It was her birthday and she begged for ice cream in a brand new white dress. She handed my daughter the ice cream that my daughter immediately spilled all-over said dress.tgis woman with out missing a beat gasped and had a bigger better one ready in seconds i was biting my lip. She handed me the next cone which I gave to my daughter and made sure her hands were right. After that we got sushi and had an amazing day shout to the lightskin cashier that told a lady she looked like her mom. You made my girl( white dress lightskin girl) day and it was one of the best birthdays she says she’s had

They refuse to fix the ice maker. It has been messed up for a very long time. Either it is always low on ice or it is broken. Other fast food restaurants hsve ice makers that work like they should. Food and ice cream are good as usual!!

RUDE! This is the second time my son has been there in a week and they are so rude to him. No courtesy at all. Takes 15 plus minutes of waiting. They just give him his food with attitude not saying anything to him. The older lady gave him a shake with no lid. When he asked for a lid she acted like it was an issue and gave him several lids ( trying to be funny) with an attitude. That is NOT how you treat people!

I come through the drive through and get a plain vanilla cone quite frequently. The staff is polite and very quick. No complaints here. Much better service than the nearby Freddy’s. Very fast service, though I typically am there outside of peak hours and there’s never any other customers in the drive through.
I can’t speak to the food. I come to DQ for ice cream and that’s it.
