I came in on a whim to grab an ice cream during a particularly horrible day. I decided to grab some food too since I was enticed by the 2 for 5 deal. Leizel (hope I’m spelling her name right) in the drive through was extremely patient while I decided. She asked questions about my order and accommodated a modification. She used suggestive selling in a way that made me feel like I was getting a good value, not being “sold” to. I asked for a pup cup, which she not only gladly obliged, but offered me a lid so it could make it home (spoiler alert: it didn’t lol) It was clear that the place was running like a well oiled machine, which is a testament to the manager Michelle. When I got my food home it was clear that is was VERY fresh and was still hot. The modification was accommodated and was perfect.
I work as a manager for a large family entertainment center. If even half of my staff was as thoughtful and helpful as Leizel and the person who prepared my food, I’d be in good shape. This may be a small experience, but it’s one that turned my entire day around.

I’ve learned that this location does not have to ability to make a custom order from their drive through.
The food had always tased great when I go in the the dinning room and order. It unfortunate that direct human interaction is required to remove condiments and cheese from a burger. That’s the modification…
I’m not basing this 1 star review on one instance. If I don’t spell it out directly and then repeat it back like I’m talking to a child, it’s wrong.
Guess why I’m here today…it was wrong again. I gave my order directly and then even repeated it. I called the location 3 times over the last half hour. None of the calls were answered.
I wanted to take my concerns directly to the store. I was unable to accomplish that goal.
Management, your staff are lovely people, their attention to detail is abysmal.

We had chicken tenders with fries and a blizzard was delicious. Love dipping my tenders in the country gravy. Tenders and fries were hot and fresh. Of course the cookie dough blizzard was delicious.

Ordered and paid for a hamburger, lg onion ring and a small diet coke. When I got home I ha a hamburger, small fry and a md diet coke. It’s simple stop being lazy and put the food i order in a bag.

I asked for a small Carmel sundae with extra Carmel and extra crushed nuts. They put the whole peanut on it, and I refused because that wasn’t what I ordered. If I had been informed prior, too, I would’ve picked something else

The girl at the drive thru was fine but the food was very disappointing this time. Usually I don’t have a problem here. The hamburgers were so small and the buns were cold and hard. The ice cream sundae had very little hot fudge in it. I wish I would have taken a picture but didn’t even think about it at the time.

I ordered a flame burger and could hardly enjoy my meal due to the food being cold and dried out, the soda had way too much syrup to it and the manager kept yelling at everyone, WHICH I could hear every word from her out in the dining area, I also saw her make a burger without gloves on… ew…

WARNING: Do not eat at this location, the manager is a rude bully (the big blonde one), will pick on select employees AND handle food with no gloves on. I found a fingernail in my ice cream, this is absolutely disgusting behavior and needs to be corrected.
