They blew the order AGAIN!
Both kids plain ch burgers? Not plain
Two sm shakes? One was large(nice way to start a fight as anyone with kids knows).
No fries with my meal.
Pd almost $35 and got a smart mouthed girl on the phone that hung up when i called and asked them to do better.

They tried to hand me food that had already been passed off to another customer and then retrieved by an employee that made a mistake. The food should have been immediately remade. I had to request my food be remade since I watched my food be handed off to a table, brought back behind the counter, and then the rest of my food put in the bag with it and handed to me. Not good health and safety practices here. It doesn’t matter if the food is untouched it should have been remade when they realized they made a mistake.

We were the first in line. My granddaughter order the sauced chicken strip meal and a drink. We paid and waited at the window for about 15 minutes. We got the drink right after i paid. There was a long line of cars behind us. When we finally got the meal, there was no apology or explanation for the wait. The food wasn’t hot, but still tasted ok. Unsure if i will utilize their drive- through any more.

Ordered online using the app. Our fries were cold and tasted like old fish oil or something. The chicken strips tasted fine but were super small. The gravy wasnt even half full. I ordered a medium reese cup blizzard and paid for extra reese cups and pb topping. It was so gross. No reese cups in it but tiny pieces of chocolate and way too much pb syrup. Couldn’t eat it. Then you see workers standing in the drive thru door outside smoking e cigarette. Just not appetizing. Was disappointed in this dq.

I have always had a wonderful experience with this dairy queen. I can’t believe the reviews I’m seeing on here. I live in Mount Vernon where our dairy queen is horrible. Not only the service but the food as well, you get soup for milkshakes and everything you order is messy and nasty. Fairfield Dairy Queen has really good service and the most delicious treats. I’ve never had any of the girls there speak to me in anyway that wasn’t sweet and professional. Keep up the good work!!!

It is honestly unfair and messed up that DQ consistently closes early, this business seriously needs new management, how are people supposed to eat here? People work late. Absolutely won’t be eating here again or at least be trying to eat here since they’re never open, everyone else in this town should follow suit.
