my blizzards were overfilled and the worker didnt put the lid on all the way nor did they wipe the cup off while it was dripping. gave me a flimsy drink carrier for two large blizzards and a medium. i work in fast food so i know if it is too heavy you are supposed to stack them. blizzards wouldnt stay in the carrier and fell over and spilled some out in my car. when i got home the drink carrier folded in half and a whole blizzard was dumped onto my carpet.

The most rudest people I ever came across in my life. Ordered couple things from the menu and was missing pretzel sticks, told them I’m missing the pretzel sticks and then was yelled at by 2-3 Indian men saying I was wrong, that I didn’t order them and was told to go back in line to re-order the pretzel sticks. WHAT!? The owners here are so ignorant, disrespectful and low class you would think this is their family own business the way they treat their customers and not a franchise business. If anyone has issues with these people just keep your receipt and do the survey for corporate to see. I love Dairy Queen but not enough to put up with these people.

My grandma and I ate there yesterday. Burger was definitely microwaved. Bun was nearly stuck to the burger. I got a 6 piece chicken bites basket and this is what we received. For around $9, I’d expect at least some more fries. The pretzel sticks and brownie dough Blizzard were pretty good though. That’s where my two stars come from.

Even with mile-high inflation the Dairy Queen (DQ) cone still makes my day. Historical records that show Grandpa McCullough’s DQ inspiration has come a long way since it first appeared in Joliet, Illinois, in 1940. Funny that anyone from back then that stepped into this Centralia DQ would likely think they are in space-age, Back to the Future. Enjoyed the cone.

Ordered 2 strawberry cheesacake blizzards they gave me 2 royal cheese cake blizzards went back thru drive thru the guy totally didnt understand what i was talkin about .I finally got him to remake them.The royals are more in price and wouldnt refund the difference.

The food is hot and fresh as long as you don’t mind paying more then what the menu reads for your items. I bought a 6 piece honey barbecue chicken strip basket and it clearly says 8.69 on the menu tossed and sauced. They charged me 10.49 and told me it was because I got a drink. They also charge me a 1.49 for my drink. So I proceeded to go through the drive-through a second time and order the same exact thing and then they charged me $11 instead of 13. Someone doesn’t know what they’re doing ringing stuff in so be careful when you’re ordering and pay attention to the amount that you pay. They refused to believe that I was correct even after going through a second time and proving my point and did not even mention a refund and decided to keep arguing instead claiming sauced cost more when clearly on the menu that is not the case. Think I will save money and try somewhere else next time.

Really bad since the new owners took over. Not clean. Random hours. Closing the lobby whenever they feel like it. Faded and unreadable advertisements. Owner was rude one day when I just asked for lids for the ice cream. Can’t blame the kids working there, it’s the ownership.
