I’m usually never disappointed & i don’t know what the problem was but I ordered a chicken strip basket with extra gravy & a combo burger meal. And what do I end up with? Solo burger no fries & CHARGED for extra gravy & have absolutely NOTHING! my bread is hard as a rock as well. Like come on yall can do better. Extra gravy where? I know it isn’t the end of the world but when I get CHARGED for something I requested really just irritates me.

This is the cleanest fast food restaurant in Centralia! Blizzards always loaded and delicious, fries hot, and fresh vegetables on burgers, not the sad smashed wilted version most fast food have, actual lettuce, onion, & tomato slices. Never been served anything that wasn’t freshly prepared. Fresh fast food, friendly service.

Apparently they fry the shrimp in the same fryer as the chicken, fries, etc and don’t disclose this anywhere!! I have a shellfish allergy and had a bad reaction after eating fries and ice cream. Very frustrating

My burger was okay. Dairy Queen burgers have never been my favorite. My fries were wonderful and my kids chicken strip baskets were delicious. All are ice creams were great. The best thing about this establishment is how clean it is. You can tell they take pride in making it a nice place. Probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been to in many years. I’d probably just not order a burger again.

My grandma and I ate there yesterday. Burger was definitely microwaved. Bun was nearly stuck to the burger. I got a 6 piece chicken bites basket and this is what we received. For around $9, I’d expect at least some more fries. The pretzel sticks and brownie dough Blizzard were pretty good though. That’s where my two stars come from.

So they advertise they close the doors for dine in at 8pm Saturday 5/31/25. At 758 pm I walked up to the dining room door only to find it locked. The less than motivated staff deliberately ignored me until 759 or 800. Only to then tell me they close the doors at 800. I believe this is unacceptable on any level. They then proceeded to tell me I could go through the drive through. At that time I stepped to the side so all 3 of the employees who were obviously not working and proudly pointed at my bucket truck that stands 12’4” tall. They would not have been happy. So they tell me to walk through the drive through. As a disabled veteran I find this absurd and ridiculous. They need to get Americans in there that pride themselves on serving a small community.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip sauced and tossed meal. I had a coupon that I received in the mail for $3 dollars off a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Once I pulled to window in the drive thru the worker took my coupon and card to pay for it. They called their supervisor to approve of it. He looked at it, and took the $3 dollars off of my meal. He gave me my card and receipt back. They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out. I proceeded to pull up and wait for my food. The manager came out and brought my order. He handed me the box, and told me next time he would not accept my coupon because it was for a regular 6 piece meal, and not a sauced and tossed 6 piece meal. Even though he was the one to approve of it. I said ok thank you. He walked away with an attitude. I looked at my food and seen it look like something that was thrown together with very little effort. I was highly disappointed because my wife had ordered these a few days before and they looked like the ones in the picture that are advertised. I drove back around the drive thru and waited at the window. I open the box and showed them my food and said that I wasn’t satisfied with my order and I would like these dipped and rolled in sauce like they are suppose to be. The worker told me they could give me a cup of sauce and I could do it myself. I said no that’s what you should have done the first time when I ordered it. The worker told me they couldn’t accept any food back after they handed it out already. I said I haven’t ate any of it or touched it. The manager came to the window and I showed him my food and explained how my order was not prepared correctly. He told me that he would not fix my order and that he shouldn’t have accepted my order anyways because of the coupon I had wasn’t the right one. I asked for my money back and he told no he wasn’t giving me my money back and that the kitchen was closed at a quarter till 9. The manager was very rude and could care less that my order was not right. My family and myself have been coming here for years and never had an issue. Since it’s under new management this is the type of service I get. I will not be spending my hard earn money here any more. I will take my money and coupons to Nashville Illinois Dairy Queen. The food is always fresh and the service is phenomenal.

Never seem to be able to mix the blizzards all the way down. After a quarter of the blizzard it’s just regular ice cream and iv even specifically asked that they make sure to mix it atleaat near the bottom and it still ended up only being the top 25%

We went to get 2 quarts of ice cream for my daughter’s birthday. We ordered several toppings on the side for the party at home. The sauce sides were much smaller than in years past. At the window, I asked if I could order more since it was not enough. The manager yelled at the employee, “she can pay for it”, which is what I was trying to do…just order extra. The gentleman waiting on me gave me a small hot fudge and motioned for me to just go ahead. I ended up pulling around and going in the lobby to order more. I said I would be paying for it we just needed additional toppings. The manager continued to berate the employees and be rude to customers in the drive. I asked one employee if he was in fact the manager and asked when the owner would be in to speak to. I followed up with a call today to speak with the owner, but the phone was answered and then hung up. NO employee deserves to be treated like dirt….it was ridiculous!
