I have never had such an awful experience at a Dairy Queen. From the moment we walked in, the service was shockingly bad. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with multiple employees walking by, yet not one person acknowledged us or bothered to take our order.
When someone finally did, the worker could barely mumble a word and had zero professionalism or courtesy. To make matters worse — and this is completely disgusting — I witnessed a worker eating food off customers’ plates on their way to the tables. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s absolutely unsanitary and unacceptable.
The complete lack of respect for customers, basic hygiene, and workplace standards here is beyond belief. This location seriously needs new management and a total overhaul of staff training. I won’t be coming back, and I’d warn others to think twice before eating here.

Owners mom is always screaming on the intercom when she takes your order tonight she was screaming over the top of other workers making it hard to understand her or anyone else not sure why two people needed to repeat everything back to me anyways . And when I let her know hey thats unnecessary and obnoxious and unneeded she slammed the window in my face. This women is always rude ive witnessed her being rude to other employees ive know people who use to work there that quit because they got tired of her yelling at them and treating them poorly. Ive witnessed her being rude to to other customers on the days I’ve gone inside as well as ive had more than one encounter with her myself. Shes a rude person and shouldn’t be working coustomer service

HORRIBLE SERVICE, the owner was very rude. We ordered food plus my son loves the toast so I got an order of it and when I got it it was ice cold, so I took it back and asked for a fresh batch and she stated that I should’ve told her I wanted it hot! Who in the right mind eats cold toast? Then I watched her, put it in the microwave and heat it up and then she lied to my face that she made fresh. Toast is very simple, I don’t know why it’s so hard for them to know how to cook.

I ordered the Royal NY Cheesecake Blizzard and was pleasantly surprised, it was made to absolute perfection! I let my boyfriend try a bite, and we immediately turned around so he could get one too. I didn’t catch the names of the girls who made them, but they deserve a shoutout, they nailed it! If every Blizzard from DQ tasted this good, I’d never have a single complaint. Delicious!

I stopped in for lunch and was waiting in line to place my order a gentleman come out of the restroom and step right in front of me and ordered his food like I was not even there the girl at the counter took his order and payment told him that she would bring his food out to him didn’t even bother to say that this man was standing there in line waiting to order in front of you. My food was pretty good in the service was fine other than the line cutting man in front of me. I can see me going back again to get a bite to eat

This has to be a contender for one of the worst DQ’s in America. They don’t toast their bread, and the employees are all sharing one brain cell. On top of all that, they charge more than any other DQ in the surrounding areas. The only reason they are still operational is due to the fact that their competition in Pinckneyville isn’t very good either. If I could give a worse rating, I would absolutely do so.

Don’t eat here. There was a reason the parking lot was empty. The manager/owner Asian women was very rude to me. She would not give me another sauce for my wilted chicken tenders. Shorty after she was yelling at her staff in hostile foreign tongue and ran out of the restaurant. I will not be back.
