The toast was hard as a brick! The strips turned into nugget size. Fries were definitely old and hard as well! Nothing good anymore about this place . New owners really screwed up. They’ll be gone soon. Eat at your own risk. Bethalto location not much better.

I ordered my large number 7 meal for the flamethrower and as you can see in the picture it literally only came with meat and cheese. Didn’t get my large drink or the cheeseburger I ordered along with the meal because they closed at 930 and I ordered at 929 so after I paid and was handed only a fraction of my meal I couldn’t go back through the drive thru or enter the lobby. Absolutely pathetic.

Girl what is this. I went to go order my food and I order the Sauce and Tauced Garlic Parmesan and as soon as I got my order I opened the book and got a view of this slop in a box. What is this Dairy Queen? Do we not care about the effort we put. They literally just poured the whole sauce dispenser all on the chicken strips and even used the whole sauce container! And they didn’t even cut or care to make my bread look like it normally does. And they were busy but not busy enough to not be able to make it look not like a slop in a box. Even a door dasher came in complaining that he’s been waiting for his food for almost 30 mins

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I’ve visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate.
With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.

Order 3 chicken strip baskets. The gravy that came with it was water. They didnt ever cut the toast in half. Fries were soggy. Spend 50 dollars and this is what you get will never be back. DQ do better

It seems like everytime I go here which isn’t often it’s always something. Last time I got an order of pretzels and they were 3 different colors and I still have the photo of them! And today after not going for about a month I receive the 2 for 5 I got home which is only a 3 mintue drive fries where ice cold and there was a black hair in it. I’m tired of giving money to places that don’t take care of there customers. I’ve tried calling to talk to a manger about replacing the order and the phone never works it’s “out of service” tired of these places.

Staff were extremely curt from the get go, then completely rude when they gave me the wrong drink and I politely asked them for the correct one. Got home and realized my order was entirely wrong as well, which took forever to get despite me being one of two people in line and no one inside. Bethalto location it is.

Always forgetting a part of my order, line takes forever despite there being nobody there, 50/50 whether your food tastes edible. Bethalto DQ is miles better than this location.

Horrible. Ordered 2 – 4 piece chicken strip boxes. The chicken was undercooked, the gravy was the consistency of water and didn’t taste like gravy, the bread was stale and had started to mold. The only thing right was the drink….. Barely. Wood River location was not a good place.

Tight parking. Service took a long time. Food took longer. Soda machine was out of syrup for Coke. Unsweetened tea was out. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and was hit in the face by a spiderweb as I walked through the bathroom door.
Kids enjoyed their dilly bars and kids meals.
