Fries were cold and the chicken strips were a dark color which typically means they are no longer able to be sold. Also I had to ask for my sandwich to be remade because they had put ketchup on it after I asked to have it left off. Service wasn’t that bad just very careless.

Service has unfortunately gone way downhill. Constantly out of ingredients. Would say 5 out of the last 6 times, I have asked for multiple menu items and they are out. In addition, have to ask for lids and bag for to go items. Friendly service is absent too. DQ Corp, take note as there seems to be a lot of reviews like this for this location. Some opportunities to do better.

4/1 Went in for dine in and the store was very dirty. Floors were super sticky, tables dirty, trash was over flowing where the receptacle lids were even stuck open. Food was old and cold after waiting for atleast 5 min for it. Fries we so cold they could have come out of a refrigerator and had to be thrown away. Store was not busy. Three people in the dining area and one car in the drive thru. Will not be going back.

This Dairy Queen is not in the town I live in, but I like them better than ours… So I drive here instead. The service is better, the staff are more friendly, and the “hot eats and cool treats” and prepared better. The people here obviously put a little more pride in their work. Well in my experience anyways. I’m a fairly nice guy though, and a lot of you are #@5sh0!€$…. Just saying!

I’ve been here several times where I have been unable to place an order because they either didn’t have what I wanted, a machine was broken, or they couldn’t take orders at all.
Today it took over 20 minutes for me to get my food and it was not busy. Would have been less frustrating had one of the two people up front just told me this instead of avoiding getting near the window or making eye contact after I paid. I am normally pretty forgiving but this location has gone downhill since 2019.
I made the mistake of giving this place another chance in May and it appears that they no longer know their own menu. My entire order was wrong.
I am not surprised this location is now closed.

Fries were ice cold. Beef Pattie’s on the burger were old. Paid for a triple bacon cheeseburger combo and they gave me a double. Tried to contact the location and no one will answer the phone. I recommend going to the DQ in Collinsville. $30 WASTED I will not be returning to this location.

Came in tonight for blizzards. Cashier took about 2 minutes to even come over to the register. We waited about 5 minutes for our blizzards when there was no one else in the place. Then our blizzards were only 2/3 of the way full. Why did I pay 4.99 for a medium when I obviously got the amount of ice cream that’s in a small. The photos on the menu show the cups full to the top so I don’t see why mine wasn’t full. Very disappointed. Didn’t want to wait even longer so I didn’t say anything.

We’ve tried this DQ several times now. The first time they didn’t have staff or something but left the auto-greeting on their drive thru. So car after car would pull up and be greeted – but no one would ever take your order. Waited ten minutes behind a big line of other hungry people only to drive off hungry.
A few weeks ago we tried again. Looked like only two teenagers working. Longest I’ve ever waited in a drive thru. All of our blizzards had ice cream running down the sides of the cup. Huge mess.

I’m a big DQ fan. I been watching what I eat lately and wanted to treat myself. Unfortunately, we were at the Glen Carbon store 6 months ago I ordered a chocolate extreme blizzard. It was almost as runny as a shake. Went tonight, same thing. No chocolate chunks just a few brownie pieces. They did not show upside down. When I said something, the kids response was “Well, it has chocolate syrup so it will be runny”. That is my favorite item, so I know how it is supposed be. Last time I will go to that DQ.
