This was the burger that my boyfriend ate. We were eating in the car and it was dark out. We got there an hour before close. We ordered a cheeseburger meal (includes fries and a drink, he had Coke), a large order of cheese curds, a side order of one piece of Texas toast and a cup of gray, a medium girl scout cookie, thin mint blizzard, and a banana split. It was over $!+and 30 and we were fine with that. We went overboard but we were very polite and they were not bad. But this burger is UNACCEPTABLE!
I gave a 5 review last time because they finally had people who could make blizzards. Well that doesn’t matter if you have to worry about food poisoning. If he gets sick I’ll update.

My fiance and I were there this past Saturday and there was only 1 person in front of us we sat on the drive thru almost 45 minutes for the people in front of us got 2 small bags. Then its our turn to pull up to the window we ordered a caramel shake and a cake batter blizzard. Tell me why when we get to the window the girl flips my blizzard and some falls out my fiance says does that mean you get another one free. The girl says have a good night and shuts the window. My blizzard was runny…..wont be going back.

I’m currently at this location and I have nothing but good things to say about this location the Boss Jason and employee Abby are absolutely wonderful there was a line and my truck wouldn’t make it to the speaker so Jason came to my truck to take my order and although I wasn’t ready he was patient along with Abby. They both have great customer service and definitely deserve to get recognized for the great work.

Food was good. Didn’t have to wait long to get it. Had a little difficulty with the self serve soda machine – could not get the Diet Coke button to work, so ended up asking a worker working drive thru to get me a glass of it. Some napkins were on the floor that needed picked up and pitched (I picked them up and pitched then myself). I’d go back sometime, especially since you cannot dine inside the Dairy Queen in Jacksonville (that’s disappointing and not good business there).

This was a very unpleasant experience.
But after speaking with Jason Young Manager Husband of the owner. He was polite and attempted to reconcile the situation of the poor experience that we had. So as for now, I am editing my review because of his outstanding customer service.
Workers let this be a lesson that treating customers with respect goes a long way. That this one bad experience could have been avoided.

I’ve been to two places Jacksonville and Carrollton. Both places have gone down hill. Carrollton location has an order to it and the food is not the greatest. Jacksonville has rude employees and the food sucks. Ordered a chicken strips basket the entire meal was cold. I feel like I should only give them 1 star, but Im giving it 2 stars because I’ve been here quite a few times and they get my order right during the day. I went there around 7pm a few weeks ago, and I ordered me and my friend the new A1 steak burger combo each with a blizzard. I live about 30 minutes away from there, and I got back home opened up the bag and we had 1 set of fries for the 2 combos, and we had 1 of the A1 burgers, and 1 small cheeseburger. So I called them, (again keep in mind I live 30 minutes away from there) and they told me VERY RUDELY that they had my burger sitting there on the counter and I could come back and get it if I wanted to…I told them I lived quite a distance away, and that I couldn’t make it back that night. And they said there was nothing else they could do if I didn’t come back that evening to get a burger that would be sitting on their counter for over an hour minimum by the time I got back there and hung up the phone on me. So yes, I only give them 2 stars because the day shift Is very friendly, but night shift needs to be retrained on how to talk and deal with customers WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ADMITTEDLY MESSED UP THE ORDER!!! NOT GOING BACK THERE.
