We got a sundae and a blizzard. the brownie oreo cupfection was made right no issue. the choco brownie extreme barely tasted like chocolate ice cream and had only a few brownie pieces. ive gotten this before at other DQs and it was nothing like this one. the person who took our order was not even neutral but rather very bothered by having to take an order for 2 people when there was no one in the drive thru and no one else ordering. there were maybe a few online orders but no one else besides a few kids who had already gotten their order. it wasnt almost close or anything like that. the blizzard was also not flipped before being handed to us, but the person was for some reason stirring it around when she bought it up to the front

Ordered a parmesan garlic chicken strip basket, 2 dilly bars for my coworkers and a buster bar for myself. Sign said the basket was $9 and some chance but rang up for over $12, plus my buster bar had clearly melted and been refrozen making the ice cream hard as a rock.

Stopped here with evening tonight, they managed to get both orders sooooo wrong. Ordered (and chargerd) an m&m and oreo and a peppermint bark blizzard. We got an m&m and an animal cracker blizzard. Ridiculous as we were the only other car in line amd there was only 1 in the parking lot

Biggest DQ ever?? I know it’s the biggest hole ever. Used the drive thru on my way out of town and order 2 cheeseburgers. The cheese and the burger were cold. Not even an attempt to heat it up. What a sad excuse for a so called restaurant and after reading all the bad reviews and their horrible response to their customers is not at all acceptable. “We’re sorry and hope you try us again”

I ordered a plain chicken basket and wanted the Parmesan garlic sauce on the side because my daughter can’t have it.
They told me I have to get the whole basket tossed in Parmesan garlic in order to get a the sauce cup on the side. It was no problem to pay for it, but they literally said oh no we can’t give you that because you didn’t give your chicken tossed in Garlic Parmesan sauce. (That sounds unreasonable)
If a customer asks for something with their food, it’s their preference and who are you all to deny me a sauce of my preference because I didn’t get my chicken tossed in the sauce. I think that is crazy, I think that is unfair, and I think Dairy Queen CEO needs to know about this.
My fries were also pretty cold and I live less than 5 minutes away from this Dairy Queen!

Ordered a blizzard asked for extra cookie dough bites and Oreo crumbs didn’t get it called to see if they would remake it. I had the order proof. I had the option to get both of them remade, but I only chose one when I received the remade version it was almost all cookie dough bites, brownie batter, and all that other stuff And no ice cream. It was disgusting and it like a fishy taste. I get that y’all don’t want to do any remakes or anything like that but to make mine to almost inedible wasn’t cool.

Unlike some other Dairy Queens I have been to, this one really loads up the blizzards with toppings! I’m always pleasantly surprised by how good the chicken tenders are. We’ve always had nice service here too.

I ordered ice cream from the drive thru and got the peanut buster parfait, it was all peanuts. Looked like they dumped the end of the jar with lots of extra skins on my dessert. I paid $5 and as soon as I opened it up, everything spilled out uncontrollably.
