I recently visited Chipotle Mexican Grill, and I had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth even during the busy lunch hour.
The food was fresh and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the burrito bowl I ordered, which was well-portioned and had a nice balance of ingredients. The guacamole was delicious, and the salsas added just the right amount of kick.
One minor drawback was the slightly long wait time for my order, but considering the peak time, it was understandable. Additionally, the seating area could have been a bit more spacious as it felt a bit cramped during the rush.
Overall, Chipotle delivered a satisfying meal with great service. I’ll definitely be back for another tasty and convenient meal.

I visit this Chipotle location frequently, and unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The employees often seem annoyed and uninterested in helping customers. There’s a noticeable lack of friendliness, and it makes the overall experience uncomfortable.

Stopped by this Chipotle as it was near to the airport. While the food featured good quality ingredients that Chipotle promotes in its business strategy, the quality of the customer service was far from good. The front of house staff were busy talking eachother instead of noticing the customers in line, and they seemed annoyed when someone came up to order food when that is not only their job, but the way the business makes money. The person making the bowl was not paying much attention either and simply going through the motions. He had forgotten the sauce for the bowl despite asking twice, so I just had to settled without it. Might be a better location to order pickup or delivery from so you don’t have to deal with the customer service.

What an experience!
I wish I could put 0 stars for service. I walked in asked for a bowl. The woman asked what type of rice. I said white 3 times but she proceeded to not pay attention. Then I ask for steak. She skimps out and i say can you please add more. She proceeded to get one piece and put it in the bowl as I told her she barely put a scoop. Then when we get to pico, is when the fun starts AND ENDS. She puts half a scoop of pico. I mean who skimps out on pico!!! I ask for more and she forcefully and sarcastically covers my whole bowl in pico. At which point I walk out for the disrespect and lack of customer service.
Chipotle let’s get it together! In this economy there is no space to be acting like this. Your stock is down almost 50% in the last year!

Our first visit to this restaurant. It has accessible parking. The place is very clean. Some very attentive, accommodating and customer friendly employees. Regarding what I ordered, it was a burrito with chicken meat: very good, the meat at its point of flavor and cooking, the fresh vegetables. Overall it is a good restaurant for lunch. The only problem is the men’s room, inadequate and poor appearance.
