Thought I would give this Dairy Queen a try as I pass it often. I ordered a burger, and HOT French fries. I mentioned HOT FRENCH FRIES three times. I stated that I wanted them right out of the fryer! HOT! HOT!
I received my sack almost immediately. Opened it, took out a barely warm fries and stated to the young woman, “these fries are not hot” Her response to that was a blank face, and she closed the window.
I would have left all fives on the review, Had the french fries been hot.
The hamburger was great, hot with a grilled bun. They had diet pepsi on tap my favorite, but, they gave me French fries that weren’t hot. After specifically asking them to do so, repeatedly. Instead of offering to replace them or even apologizing for the lack of heat, they close the window. Not stellar service. Thus, the score.

Since ownership change I haven’t had a good meal here. Won’t go back. Don’t care how sorry the new owner is. Own your results son. Culver’s gets my money every time now.

Went Friday November 14 was around 6:30 at night had our free sundae coupons the ice cream was the worst ice cream I ever tasted. Tasted like chemicals and made my month burn. All I had was chocolate ice cream and chocolate syrup my husband had vanilla ice cream with strawberries and he said his ice cream tasted weird too. Won’t go back to this one. Used to be so good.

This a specialty in our hometown area and quite the gem! They always go above and beyond for their staff. Follow their Facebook page and when bad weather, special high school events or more things are happening they ensure their staff is safe and taken care of! Definitely hometown and small town friendly owners.

Updating old review. Short story, since ownership change, staff has turned over and quality is non existent. They have made me a Mcdonalds convert and that is a bad experience in Metamora.

Not your typical fast food experience. The staff, while young, are very polite and friendly. The food is delivered to the table quickly and is hot off the grill. The restaurant is clean and inviting. As Dairy Queens go, this one is excellent. Stop by, you’ll be glad you did!

Quick service, clean, well lit, good fresh blizzards. They even held the blizzard upside down like they’re supposed to. Aton of workers. The girls were very polite and helpful with flavor questions. Best DQ in Central Illinois, hands down.
