I received Very hostile, rude, abrasive, disrespectful, and offensive treatment on an occasion awhile back when doing a DoorDash pick-up from this particular Dairy Queen franchise location. It was perpetrated by a middle-aged Caucasian woman that I perceived to be a manager, and she spoke to me all kinds of crazy!! Plus, she was the initiator and aggressor of the disagreement, continuing to say little prodding stuff [to try and cause me to create a scene], when I was just trying to get the order and head on out.
It’s Really unfortunate how little appreciation, kindness, common courtesy, respect, and oftentimes even just acknowledgement of our presence when waiting to be assisted that Dashers/food delivery drivers so oftentimes receive from Numerous restaurant and fast food chain employees. As though we’re not still fellow humans, similarly just doing an honest day’s work to earn a living and pay the bills. And not to mention that we’re Also customers, too, who patronize their establishments at times when we eat out like everyone else does. And I, personally, do just so happen to be a major Dairy Queen patron/customer, which my most frequented location in Thief River Falls, MN could Certainly attest to! Smh…
However, it is worth mentioning that outside of this one instance with this one Dairy Queen employee, I’ve never received anything less than great, kind, friendly, polite, courteous, and considerate treatment from All other Dairy Queen team members at this location and at all Dairy Queen restaurants that I’ve patronized and picked up food delivery orders at! (Hence the very fair and balanced star rating given.)

Fast, friendly and clean service. Uniforms worn, nice touch. Awesome mix of 70,80,90s music playing, instead of beat box rap crap. Older crowd there anyway. Can’t beat the $7 meal deals.

Me and my family went there and was greeted nicely with the drive thru worker. When wanting to order other food her boss said no. Not understanding why asking the managers name she refused to give it to me. Then said it was Veronica. So I believe it was fabricated. I had gone through the drive thru and ordered my food and when I went to the window I asked if I could add something to my order and they said no. I have also asked for a cup of mayonnaise from the grill and they told me no and said deal with the mayonnaise packets.

Ordered 20 dollars for 2 burgers and curds. The girl was very short taking our order so when we tried to ask for ranch it was too late. Asked for ranch after we paid got told too late.. 10/10 wont be going back. Complete side note, these are the curds we got..

Nice to find a DQ that is an actual restaurant! Being from down South, been missing the cheese curds and steak fingers. This being the northern franchise, they had one of two…cheese curds but no steak fingers. The chicken tenders were good and hot, service was lightening fast… even saw one customer whose order made it to the table before he did! Anothert difference between North and South DQs? Southern sundaes are served with whipped cream and a cherry…here, it is not (although it DID have more yummy ice cream than they do down South!l). Differences are always interesting…still missing the steak fingers though….but the cheese curds were good.

I have been going here since I was a kid. The place is still nice and clean after all these years, and the service is still Minnesota nice as usual. The food was fresh, hot, and came quickly. They even delivered it to my table. The local hang out here at lunch so you know it is a good atmosphere. Overall I like to eat here and get my DQ fix.

Went for a 6pc. Chicken strip basket to spit. Ended up getting 6pc that were about the size of my finger. I called to speak with the manager to ask about it. I was then yelled at and told there was nothing they could do about it. Tried calling to speak with the owner and could never reach them.
