Waited nearly 15 minutes during the lunch rush for a $7 meal—fifteen! People came in after me and left before me. Not good. Then they try to hit me for a dollar for extra barbecue sauce. A dollar—for sauce? Who does that? Nickel-and-diming customers is a terrible look, folks. Management needs to get it together, fast. Won’t repeat.

Good inside, very enjoyable and spacious. The employees were very welcoming and had good service. Food was hot (*freshly* fried chicken), tasted amazing, and was worth its price. The ice cream (a Reese’s Blizzard) was just absolutely amazing. Best thing I’ve had in a while.

Dairy Queen consistently puts out a good product. The girl who handles our order was phenomenally sweet. However, it’s a little bit disappointing that none of the dairy queens around me seem to be able to use their own app properly the elzep. Location doesn’t accept the app promotions at all, and this Orland Park location did not have any reward points available. Or any of the app options, however, they were polite about it and said that they were working on it. The product was top-notch as it always is and the salted caramel truffle blizzard that they have for this summer is definitely worth trying. Looking forward to trying the cotton candy one next.

Ya know, DQ has a distinctive taste & texture to their ice cream…, it’s been that way as far back as I can remember (60+ years). But today it wasn’t the same. It was softer & lacked the creamy deep vanilla flavor. It also wasn’t very cold as it was quickly melting too. Either they served this too soon before it was ready, or they were using an inferior product. Either way I was greatly disappointed in the quality of their ice cream today.

I ordered the New Sweet Chili chicken tender basket and the food was soooooo fresh. Everything from the chicken, fries, and down to the toasted bread was hot, fresh, and delicious. There was a short wait for the food, but well worth it.!

I’m so happy to see food menu now here at this location. The ice cream is the BEST! Thank you.

This place is a health hazard. Do not eat here. The restaurant is filthy, there are food crumbs on every inch of the counters and floors. A half cut banana lay exposed, spilled sauces leaked on the counter & uncovered containers containing dips or fudge? all while fruit flies were around that area. There was splatted milk all over the place and blizzard machine was filthy. If the front looks this bad I wonder what the back looks like. I am very worried that someone can get seriously sick from eating here.

Crazy how this pace is right off LaGrange’s and it’s so busy and has all these other competitors around it , but worth the drive to DQ! The best ice cream! Better than what’s around ! 🙂

First, if you’ve never had a Dairy Queen burger, you’re missing out.
Cashier was friendly. I’d ordered a cake earlier in the week. It was ready and correct. Hadn’t had lunch, so I ordered burger, rings and a drink.
My first heads up was the guy standing to the side. When I asked him if he was in line he said no. Waiting on my order. Then a group of 5 came in, followed by a group of 3. Everyone ordered ice cream. It looked like the crew was confused? Not coordinated at all. That took forever to get the ice cream people handled. Another couple came in, stood in front of the cashier for about 3-4 minutes. Never acknowledged, so they walked out. After 20 minutes (I checked the time stamp on my receipt) I asked if they forgot about me. Cashier starts throwing the grill operator under the bus instead of taking care of it. Got my burger, rings, had to go back for my drink.
All I can think of is, PLEASE, get some professional training in there! You’re spilling business.
I will go back though. Burgers are fabulous.

Drive thru is tricky. If you pull all the way up you have to maneuver around concrete polls to get out away from the window
