Extremely fast and good food. But there were some problems. I saw several tables not clean ,having food around it , the kids were handling the food without proper equipment.
I saw them inspecting a hamburger with their bare hands,taking it apart and inspecting it. I believe that is a health code violation.
The fries were slightly cold but my tenders were good.

Very good, food was cooked to order and brought out to our table promptly, place was clean and orderly with nice large parking lot.

I ordered via the drive thru on a Wednesday afternoon in July. I was taking a break from the drive between Springfield and Chicago. I ordered a large chocolate shake with whipped cream. The staff was friendly. The shake tasted great. The portion was a bit smaller than expected. The store looked well cared for from the outside.

This was one of the best DQ experiences I’ve ever had. Quick service, our whole meal was fresh, and they didn’t forget anything extra we requested. It tasted so delicious!!!!!!!

The food was hot and fresh and service was friendly. The bathrooms on the other hand were a horror story. The men had poop on the floor and the women’s handicap stall looked like either someone missed it or it overflowed.. hopefully it’s not like that daily..

Ice cream melted. They handed it out the window put it upside down with lid half off and got melted ice cream in and on my vehicle and dropped the spoon because the girl handing me my stuff wasn’t even looking just talking to friends inside

Have been here many times. Went for lunch and I would have to say that this most recent time was the first time I was disappointed in the lunch. I generally get the $7 meal deal with 3 piece chicken strips. Usually they are nice and hot, but on this most recent visit, they weren’t very warm. Not very appetizing. Hope it was just an off day.

The kids who work here during the day are not very nice. I placed my order through the drive thru and sat there for a couple of mins. never got a total a you can pull up now nothing so I finally drove to the window. Took my money no thank hi, thank you or nothing. Then today I didn’t even get the blizzard I ordered. Sorry but I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
