I feel like the staff and customers were very nice. I would love if we were more like this, a small town everybody knows everybody and gets along vibe, the food industry would benefit if they hired more staff like these people. The food was good and the place was small but cozy and clean.

Food was good as usual and most of the employees are polite and helpful. That said, the young man working the register today was rude and snappy toward several customers. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. It was concerning to see him get an attitude with an older lady with a walker. The woman who brought me my ice cream was lovely and kind. I only took off one star because everyone is allowed to have an off day and all of the other employees were doing great. Just food for thought for thought

It’s not to often I give a bad review, and this will definitely not be one. The service was amazing, staff was friendly. The only thing is I almost had to take my fries back, only because I’m not used to having hot freshly made fries and food. Great job to the staff. I will definitely be back. My job has me there every week.

Stopped by to get a meal while on a long, hot trip through Montana.
Good prices, and fairly good food. Served pretty quickly too.
They did mess up my order (asked for a root beer float with very little ice cream, and it came loaded to the top with ice cream. No matter though, I just sat near the drink machine and kept it topped off with root beer), but I had good experience there and look forward to stopping in again.

We were the first order of the day and the employees were already confused, lol. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo or tomato (but with lettuce) and add cheese. It was correct, except the lettuce was also left off. The cashier read back my order correctly so this was on the kitchen. Then, a large fry was accidentally put on our tray and the employee picked it up after we had already started eating and put it on another customers tray. Even though I hadn’t touched the fries yet, the employee or customer doesn’t know that and don’t know what germs I may have had. This isn’t sanitary and the employees need to know this. We also got an extra fry we never ordered. Not bad for us, I guess! However, while the fries were good, the chicken patty was not. Just tasted strange..could be the company that makes them-who knows. My friend said his chili dog was rubbery. My sons chicken strips also looked a bit over cooked. Overall, a disappointing meal. Place was clean and the cashier was nice though.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was ridiculous. Ordered a bacon burger, cheese curds, and a shake. The shake came out pretty quick. After 15 minutes and three orders after mine coming out, I went up to inquire about the rest of my order. They were still waiting on bacon. Seriously it’s the lunch rush and needing bacon came as a surprise to you? A couple minutes later the bacon was ready, but now they’re waiting on cheese curds. Seriously it’s the lunch rush and the need for cheese curds came as a surprise to you? If this place wasn’t the only burger joint in town they would go out of business quickly.

We visited during the dinner rush, drive through had 4 cars and 1 waiting, and the inside has a couple groups in it. I thought our food would be fresh and hot, it was not. My children’s fry containers had about 5 fries in the bags, the larges actually had less fries than the mediums, they forgot an entire meal, and my bunless burger had a couple pieces of lettuce in the box and didn’t have the onion or pickle on it. I was extremely disappointed in our visit.

Understandably they were packed, inside and outside, due to it being tourist season. They ran out of ice in the lobby. My husband and I, and another couple were waiting forever for them to fix it. I asked to separate people if we could get ice from the back…I was ignored by both of them. I got fed up and asked the manager for some from the back. All 4 of us were given about 5 ice cubes a piece, which is fine as they had alot to spread out to many customers. What I can’t tolerate is insolent customer service! I have been in customer service all my adult life, and that is not how you treat customers! I know it was busy and stressful, but you don’t take it out on customers, ever. However, the food was delicious, as always.
