This location is a constant disappointment. They frequently fail to open at their posted 10 AM time. When I finally got in, I ordered the #10 combo. The burger was visibly dirty with grime and tasted foul, like it was cooked on a filthy grill. The fries were soggy and stale.

The most unprofessional part? When I tried to document the poor quality by taking a picture of the burger, the staff started laughing at me. They have zero respect for their customers.

I threw most of my meal away because it was inedible. The complete lack of cleanliness and basic customer service is shocking. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered the 2for 5$ mix n match, the strawberry sundae and the cheeseburger. My daughter ordered the 6 piece chicken basket. I was on my lunch hour and didn’t check my order, AND the dairy queen girl forgot my cheeseburger . I couldn’t go back and get it because I was at the end of my lunch hour. Very disappointing!

Literally the worst DQ ever. They ALWAYS messed up on my order. They don’t know how to take a SIMPLE 7$ meal deal. Always forgetting to add or remove something from my order ESPECIALLY on my blizzard. Like how hard is it to work there? It’s insane when I tell you that it’s EVERY time I go. There hasn’t been one time where they get my order right. And it’s not me because the one in Williston, killdeer, and Stanley are on point each time. And I order the same thing.

Shout-out to Mr. Short and the staff that work October 2! Mr. Short went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience. From ordering to receiving the food. He chatted with us and made sure the orders were right! All the staff had great attitude and service quality. We had a large group(team) and were treated well. We had quick and quality time and food. Night crew is not the greatest. 20 minutes to get one blizzard. Pulled up to drive thru and no response and we’re just staring at me and the other cars in line. Said hello and finally had someone say something. Pulled up and all teens just standing around doing nothing and after pulling up to window took awhile to get actually the blizzard which was not even close to what I ordered.
