Two stars because the gravy is banging, and that gives you another star. Plus most of y’all are children so I shall cut you some slack. You really need to start making your blizzards more than just vanilla icecream and a little sprinkle of toppings on top. It’s like you’re back there mischievously giggling while you sprinkle the tiniest bit possible. And you’re just kids so you smile your little kid smile and I don’t question it. Yet I get home, and your actions have driven me to create this monstrosity of a float using a monster that I miraculously picked up from the gas station beforehand, thankfully bringing me some sort of salvaged joy. Look at this, I didn’t have to do this. Thank you.

I’ve been here probably 30 times. I have had food from ice cream, everything. It has good food. Decent service most of the time.
BUT THE BLIZZARDS, every time I get a blizzard, half of it is the good flavor I ordered. however, the bottom half of every blizzard is unflavored straight vanilla, when you order tell them to make the whole thing what you pay for. Unreal. The honey bbq chicken strips are fire tho.

Being from Texas I didn’t think about not having certain foods. I asked for a steak finger basket and my wife asked for a dude. The look we got was priceless. They had no idea what I was talking about, lol. We ordered a chicken basket and it was good except you don’t get gravy with it. Another Texas thing I guess.

My expectations were exceeded, they met every requested I had and did so with a smile on their faces. You guys are the best! When my daughter saw her cake it was such a happy mom moment THANKS TO YOU! When you ask for a large and the give you less fries then you get with a regular, an only 5 baby tenders, love convenience but hate paying 15 dollars to be smaller then even a regular basket.

The lobby was swamped when we got here due to many other restaurants in the area being closed. The staff here was friendly and efficient, even while more orders came in. They easily could have been frustrated or overwhelmed, but they all maintained a calm, cool & collected energy. Highly impressed!

Went into the store so we could get a gift card and ordered two ice cream cones with it. We waited over 15 minutes and still didn’t have our ice cream. I went and asked staff more than once about our and waited another 10 minutes. There was plenty of staff standing around also looking bored. Service was awful. No apologies either about the delay, it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to make 2 ice cream cones.

Went in for 2 blizzards recently.. waited over 15 minutes and everyone else was getting their orders.. my husband went up to see what’s going on and they had forgotten our order.. how??? They were very rude.. not busy then at all when we ordered.. the tables and floor were sticky and filthy.. plus when did a snickers blizzard come with chocolate in the ice cream?? It totally covered up the taste of what LITTLE snickers tidbits were in it.. it was always made with vanilla ice cream before
