Went here for a quick bite after work and it was pretty good overall. The place was clean and the staff seemed friendly, which is always a plus. I got a cheeseburger combo and fries — food came out fast and was hot, just like you’d hope for at a fast food spot. The burger tasted fresh and the fries were crispy, maybe a little too salty for my taste but still good. Prices were fair and service was smooth. Would probably come back if I’m in the area again.

I come to this Dairy Queen fairly often on my way to work. Granted it is usually just after 2pm which is after the lunch rush but whenever I am here the place is clean. Tables are wiped and floor swept. The staff is courteous and friendly. The food is well prepared and hot.

The 7 dollar lunch deal is amazing. Everytime my mom is in town we stop up here for lunch. The food and the staff at this location is always amazing. Everything feels clean when I am there.
I definitely plan on continuing to stop here for lunch when my mom is in town. The perfect size meal to feel full, but not overly full. Definitely recommend.

the lady at the drive through was ridiculously rude! she rolled her eyes when i asked for a lid and she was shoving food out at me and looked upset that i needed a second to set it down and when i said thanks have a good day she fully slammed it on me and said yup with an attitude and while driving my bananna split leaked everywhere it was complete liquid! very disappointed i used to work at a DQ and this is not okay

The crew working the evening of 5/21 on University drive are absolutely amazing and they all deserve a raise. Very helpful respectful not only to the customers but to each other. One of them even ran to hold the door open for me. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen such amazing team work. Keep up the work you guys.

I stopped through after visiting my mother in the hospital. I ordered a large Picnic Peach Cobbler Blizzard from their drive-thru. I ordered it with extra peach, and it came out superb. It’s definitely something that I would recommend, and order again.

Normally our experience here is ok, but tonight it took such a long time to even get them to take our order in the drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker and the person said they’d be with us in a minute. Ok. We waited there for several minutes while the cars in front of us all pulled ahead and out of sight and nobody came back on the speaker to take our order until the last car that was in front of us was at the window. We ordered a medium hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge, but they did not ring in the extra hot fudge. Whatever, no big deal. We get to the window and they gave us a small hot fudge sundae that is literally half melted from sitting on the counter for so long. It was a disappointing experience to wait so long and then have them mess up our order and give us half melted ice cream.

Waited 10 minutes for a cheeseburger, I asked for no onions. Had onions, I saw the cook warm up bun in microwave, it was a rubbery bun. The whole sandwich was drenched in mayo and ketchup. Honestly it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! I threw the sandwich away, I’d rather be hungry then attempt to eat that slop I paid good money for! Don’t ever order food here! I was even the only customer, the manager was rude. Didn’t have a word to say after handing over the food after 10 minutes.

My daughter and I stopped in to get a cake for her half birthday. We returned 2 days later for the base cake with no effort to make the customizations that we’d requested. We were offered $3 off the price of the cake, which we’d already paid for. We were told there were no available plates/ utensils with which we could eat our cake there. We started to leave, already feeling unwelcome, and were stopped to ask for payment. Upon informing the employee that we’d already paid, we were told that there was no receipt of that.
What began as a good experience ended with this disappointing change of review.
