Employees very rude. One was asst. Manager Kimberly other on Wyatt. They made my chocolate dipped cone before I got to window and was not covered good with chocolate so asked for new one. Wow got upset with me, so then told them I just wanted refund. Then I was told that I was wasting there product. Very rudely. Will not go there again.

The drive thru staff always sound irritated. Short staffed so the lobby is never open and the drive thru lines are usually out the parking lot because of this. I only ever get ice cream and never had any issues. Wait times are average.

Honestly I was really impressed with this DQ! First thing I noticed was just how clean the place was- spotlessly clean! The gentleman who took our order was incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Unfortunately corporate has removed my favorite dipping sauce and the cashier was very apologetic about it and we had a great laugh over the things corporate decided not to carry.

We went there and the lady at the window was super rude and had a bad attitude…I get bad days but don’t be rude and snappy when you know kids are ordering their own food…..I was gonna say something to her but she didn’t come back with the food instead she had someone else bring it to us…..we won’t be coming back to this location again

In response to comment. I had received reheated burger and upside-down cold fry box underneath the burger and ate the damp cold fries but asked that the burger be remade as the cheese was two different colors and the outside was rubbery and the pickles and bread head fused together into a mush. This only happens when the pickles have been sitting on the burger for hours already.
