I just don’t understand why it’s such a complicated concept that a sundae, a dessert, shouldn’t be handed to me before my hot meal is even ready. I specifically asked for it after my food, but then this young lady at the window just hands it over, and when I politely say I don’t want it yet, she tells me they can’t take it back because it’s left the window – but then, when I tell her to just throw it away, suddenly she can take it back? My brain just doesn’t compute that logic. After waiting another five minutes for my actual hot food, during which my phantom sundae would have been a puddle, I simply asked for a coupon for the one that was essentially wasted, and the look she gave me, like I was demanding her firstborn, was utterly bewildering. It’s just common sense, isn’t it, that ice cream melts and that dessert comes last, especially when they always take ages for the main meal, but it feels like they just want to push it out for their own convenience, leaving me with a melted mess. I’m genuinely bewildered by this whole procedure; it feels like such an easily avoidable problem.
Also when I read the reviews it’s obvious that AI is answering reviews and they want you to do extra work to communicate again about the same problem, why isn’t the franchise owner answering these instead of AI.

Service was slow. Guy at front was moving but did was not coming out very fast. Took 40mins to get the ice after our food. There for 50 minutes with long lines. Think the focus was on the drive thru. We even ordered ahead using the phone app.

Food was decent tasted good. This was my 4 piece chicken meal should have just ordered a kids meal. Would have got more! I will give it another try but maybe check my food before I get home! I didn’t have much interaction with the staff and I didn’t have ice cream. Was in the area so wanted to try it!

The chicken is always very good but every time I order a blizzard there is nothing mixed throughout the blizzard I don’t know if they are over blending it but I never have the blizzard pieces in my blizzards… won’t be ordering blizzards from here but the food is good !

Food took a very long time to come out and the guy did not give receipts or numbers also forgot drinks kept handing the wrong food to the wrong people and my food was incorrect I order the sweet chilli chicken strips and got the barbecue sauce one

I love coming to this DQ, they have not ONCE messed up my order! Its been hard for me to find a restaurant that actually cares about not putting cheese on a hamburger. The lady in the drive through window is also very nice! I very much appreciate the customer service here!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. There’s been many occasions where I’ve ordered and received the wrong thing. That’s not too big of a deal to me but what is a big deal to me is that I had ordered a plain burger for someone and received a SINGULAR burger patty in a box without a bun, cheese, NOTHING. There is absolutely no excuse that you can come up with for something like this. That is pure negligence and lack of care. The bacon on one of the burgers was also raw and all the lettuce tomato and mayonnaise was scattered all over like the burger had just went through a tornado. The fries were the only “fresh” thing about the entire order and they were still somewhat cold. I doubt I’ll ever go back. Keep going down the road to Fargo or Jamestown it’s not worth wasting your money over.

Outstanding Service by Daniray at Dairy Queen!
I recently had the pleasure of being served by her at Dairy Queen, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Daniray greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. Her positive energy made the entire atmosphere feel more cheerful.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She took the time to explain the menu, offered suggestions, and made sure my order was perfect. Her professionalism and customer service were truly top-notch.
She is not only efficient but also incredibly kind and personable. She made my visit to Dairy Queen a highlight of my day. I can’t
