Worst Dairy Queen ever. Every time I go there it takes 30 minutes to get ice cream or food. Doesn’t matter if there’s one car in the drive thru or 30. The food isn’t that good. I live close and I always think maybe it will better this time but it never is. The place should be shut down or get new management. Don’t give them your money like I did you’ll be disappointed.

Don’t waste your money or time here. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive through and my food was a pathetic portion. 3 of the smallest chicken tenders and 11 fries. Only saw one employee and she was very unpleasant. Pretty sure they didnt give me a receipt so I couldn’t fill out their official survey.

So i came here around 7:00 And ordered a medium blizzard and a banana split. It took 25 minutes for them to get through 3 vehicles and when i finally got up to the window they handed me my blizzard covered in ice cream and when i asked for a lid they smushed it all over. I usually don’t say much when it comes to stuff like this but seriously what a mess. Got home with my hands and car covered in ice cream.

went through the drive thru at 8:30 pm, i was the only car. through the window i saw the workers standing around talking, five minutes later one opens the window and tells me my total. no greeting, order review, just “12 dollars”.. i pay and he slams the window closed. fifteen minutes later he hands my food out without saying a word. since it took so long i figured it would be fresh.. but it was old, they gave me the wrong sauce, and there was a hair in it. the ice in my drink was mostly melted since it had been sitting by the window the whole time. rude workers and subpar food. would not recommend.

Don’t be in a hurry if you stop at this DQ. Use the drive thru if you must.
I’d love to frequent this neighborhood haunt more but the service here is so hit or miss, mostly miss. I have waited nearly 30mins multiple times for just a few ice creams. Why you ask? Limited options on the north side so you take what you can get. The drive thru experience is moderately better but when you can count the number of cars that go through while sitting inside you know who gets priority.
I’ve had a few excellent experiences here but most leave a sour taste. The ice cream is solid, your typical DQ but they don’t skimp on the toppings or mix-ins. The hot food is typically at the mercy of the service and usually not hot but good when it is.

All DQs in Sioux Falls have miserable service and this one is no exception. I have maybe successfully had reasonable service 1 out of 5 trys. 3 of those i just gave up 2 cars in front of me and 20 mins later. They always respond with the generic ” we are sorry you had a bad experience..blah blah blah” I do not understand how they stay open, i really dont. I give up. This was the last try. Funny part is,look at their reviews. They really do not care.

Couldn’t figure out how a DQ had a 2.2 stars. Then, I went here. Ordered 1 chocolate shake. Not a another soul anywhere near the place. Waited FIFTEEN minutes in the drive thru. Unreal.

Ordered a few chili dogs and 2 blizzards. Blizzards were soupy and lumpy consistency. A little surprised the drive thru was actually bearable and didn’t take the usual 20 minutes. The best part-my blizzard came with part of one of their machines in the middle of my cup-free of charge! I tried to call several times to see if they want the part back but no one was answering. Let me know if they want it back. The owner of these franchises really need to train not only the managers but the staff as well. At the very least, do an impromptu visit thru the drive thru to experience what the customers are saying about this location.

We were there today around 1220 for lunch. There were kids in the corner ranging from ages 7-14, they were using foul language, very loud and asked them to refrain and just acted as fools. My wife spoke to one of the employees and ut still continued. A woman walked on a short time later acknowledged them as she may have know them she walked back to where the employees were stationed. She later came out and spoke to kids. Who may have been her children or knew them as was acknowledged they may have ha problems with them before. We had our small grandchildren with us and they knew the kids were unruly and were using vulger language. We will not be stopping at that location again

You can’t even give this place a rating it’s supposed to be a fast food, you order a blizzard and it takes 35 minutes to get it in the drive-through when it should realistically only take 5 to 10 this place is horrible. I do not recommend come in here.
