They need to work on their customer service. They handled us our desserts, and we got no napkins, no nothing. And drive through, we sat there and waited. We’re all probably about 34 minutes. For somebody actually came to the window and now, since what we needed. I’ve received a telling that we needed napkins. That we didn’t get any. We just got an eye roll. And then we had us the two napkins and shut the window.That’s not very good customer service skills

8pm Saturday decided to get food at DQ
Nobody was at the drive through, said hello twice then a guy says they are too busy to take our order. As we drove off 5 people sitting in the dining area stand up and go to the window to watch us drive away.
I wonder if one of them was the guy that was too busy to take our order.

So the food took a little longer to get to us than I would have liked but I think when I’m in a little more of a time crunch, then it becomes hard to be patient and that’s on me so I really can’t complain too much about that. They don’t offer a gf bun and they have shredded lettuce for burgers so no lettuce burger so you’ll be eating a burger with fork and knife if you need to eat gf. That being said, it was delicious.
Not sure if it’s just me, but every DQ I’ve gone to is always very cold inside. Maybe because they serve ice cream they keep the place super chill so you associate cool with them? Not sure but it always seems cold when I go in. Outside that, it was very tasty and the mini blizzard would have been a better size for me than the small but I always seem to order bigger than ai should lol. It was good food and the staff was friendly.

Food was fast and cooked well. Staff was curtious and cheerful. The only option on my side of town that offers a chili cheese dog. Definitely will return.

This place is pretty nice. The workers seemed fairly friendly. The burgers are decent but not the best. The chicken strip basket was delicious but the buttered bread they put inside was hard as a rock. The fries were soggy and tasted like they were fried in old frying oil. The ranch tasted good. The pretzel sticks weren’t the best the Queso was lacking flavor. I would come back again but I would only get the chicken strip basket and ask them to leave the buttered bread out of my chicken strip basket.

Very unprofessional, the person taking our order who looked to be a manger based on his shirt was rushing and cutting us off as we were ordering. I ordered a small blizzard, large blizzard, regular fry and large fries. Waited 5 minutes for the blizzards and then an extra 10-15 minutes for the fries and they came out barely even full. The entire time I was sitting in the line I saw at least 4 cars pull off in anger. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there unless you’re willing to waste your whole night for a whole lot of nothing.

This place is awful. They act all nice and cool, and then they brought me my Moolatte with NO whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on it — not even rushed just like here you go all nonchalantly. Oh was it because I sat down and waited with my friends? Was it because you just were pissed? They treat customers like they’re their enemy. I went back up to ask for it, waited, was patient (waited for like 5 min), chill, and courteous, and the manager just gave me this little squirt like he was doing me a favor. What a joke! The Moolatte was pretty gross too! This is by far the worse and most ghetto DQ I’ve ever been too. 3/14/24 at around 8:45pm.

I waited 18 minutes in drive thru, ordered a double bacon cheese burger, large order of onion rings. Received the burger but regular order of fries. Because I was heading to work and didn’t realized the mistake, wasn’t able to return.

This location is the absolute worst!!! It takes forever to get your food in the drive through, no matter what you order, and it looks like the picture shown. We also didn’t get out toasted with our basket. This place is straight trash.
