I went back to the same Dairy Queen, and I pretty much regret it. The employees really need to learn how to use the kiosk and to call out actual order numbers so things don’t get mixed up.
I would also appreciate it if the cook in the back wasn’t constantly chewing and eating. When you see someone chewing back there, it’s obvious they’re eating the food they’re making. It’s flu season, and watching someone gobbling fries and putting their fingers near their mouth is a huge health hazard—especially when customers can clearly see it happening. He wasn’t wearing gloves or anything sanitary, and during the full 15 minutes I waited, he never stopped chewing on something. I literally watched him eating fries while preparing food.
This location definitely needs some serious improvement in staffing and training.

I ordered an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and they said claimed they waited till you got there to make the food and there were WAYYY to many kids working, they just thought it was all a big joke, just pure chaos, never doing online orders for Roseau DQ again, and probably not ordering in the building until actual adults are working.

I like bugs, but not this much.
The girl working the window was exceptional, but I’m not sure what the quality assurance process is at a DQ. I will say, more than one set of eyes should have landed upon my steamy strips of fried chicken, all in order to make sure said bugs, hadn’t made their way into my fine dining experience.
Tisk tisk my dudes.

I couldn’t decide on a blizzard or peanut buster bar/parfait . The young girl suggested a peanut buster parfait blizzard. Genius! She’s a thinker & deserves a raise. That girl is going places in life. If I ever win the lottery I’m going to find her. Wish I would have got her name. What a gem of a DQ. The employees were young but all did a great job. One boy even suggested that the small cone going out the drive thru was a bit too big. Most young adults could care less these days about that kind of thing. Keep doing what you’re doing. We went 29 miles past our destination to stop here only to back track to the Greenbush Races. We wanted ice cream. Glad we did.

Was inside on Sept 12, 2024. Stood at the counter for a long time. One employee on the phone (I believe with a customer) the other walking around shouting and joking with the kitchen staff. I had to ask twice if someone was able to take my order. One took my order 2 ice-cream cones) and put it on the screen but then went on to helping another employee fill a drive through order before making the 2 cones. Extremely disappointed in this Dairy Queen.

Ordered a dip cone and 2 food items off the 5$ menu and none of it tasted good. The ice cream was light and watery and the dip part was just not good, confetti cake. The pretzels were gross and the cheese sauce was like thick glue and probably something no one should eat. So we didn’t. We threw it away and I didn’t even finish my cone which is telling. It’s small and outdated inside and cramped at the counter. The people working there seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. The tables all were dirty. Highly disappointed.

Best Dairy Queen I’ve been to in a while. Unlike some other DQ’s this one actually flipped the blizzard upside down!

Ordered a double burger and onion rings. Food was good. Granted it was lunch time, but the dining room service was a bit slow. More focused on getting the drive thru dealt with. The wait there was a lot faster than the dining room.

When they can get an entire order correct, it’s great! But when you steadily have to go back because of missing items or wrong orders, it doesn’t make it worth the $80 I spend for my family! Do better! A sorry doesn’t cover all my wasted gas over the last 6 months. For $15hr pay your employees should be able to preform the job.

Terrible service. We went in to get take out at 8 on a Saturday evening and were told we couldn’t order food because they close at 8, but we could get ice cream. We did order ice cream, but the girl who made it used her hands to place ingredients…no gloves or hand washing. It was very hurriedly thrown together and not mixed correctly. As we were leaving the employees were basically right behind us locking the doors so they could get out of there. Overall not a good experience once again.
