Went there for supper a couple of weeks ago. Ordered a simple meal. One burger, one fry and a drink. After waiting 35 minutes for the order that should have taken less than 5 minutes I asked for a refund. This seems to be the biggest complaint everyone has with dairy queen in redwood. How are you gonna have 4 people working and orders taking 35 minutes to make.

Drove 30 miles to get a blizzard and they said it was down. It took like 20 min to even order something. I get it was a hot day. But nobody wanted to take our order. Another mcd when the ice cream machine is broken. Maybe they should have a sign on the door so

If you like extremely slow service and an entitled teenager interrupting you while you order, this is the place for you. They don’t allow you inside to eat because it’s deemed unsafe due to the pandemic, but the one taking the orders won’t wear a mask. Also, they can’t even be bothered to give you napkins.
I edited this to add that the owner asked me to message them at the website provided in their response to my review. I did that right away, but the owner still hasn’t responded. In other words, definitely stay away from this place. The employees don’t care, and apparently neither does the owner

service is 50/50, some of the workers are incredibly kind and some aren’t. extremely slow spot, though, you could wait up to half an hour for your food unfortunately. food is good though!!

If I could give 0 stars I would the food wasn’t that good and we waited 1 hour and they messed up our oder and they didn’t give us fries and how are u out of ranch it ranch the service was bad just dont come its a waste of time and money seen many customers pull of if I was the owner I would fire everone starting from the manger the place is bleeding money

Waited for a very long time considering there was no one else in the drive thru. DO NOT GET THE SAUCED AND TOSSED CHICKEN STRIPS! More like drenched and soggy! Disgusting. Couldn’t eat the pretzel sticks because they were rock hard. Fries and blizzard were good, but the blizzard was melting by the time our food finally came out. Just go somewhere else.
