We went inside because the drive through was full and inside was empty. Waited 23 minutes for 2 blizzards. Blizzards had mostly just ice cream and no candy pieces. Will definitely not be back to this Dairy Queen especially when they only waited on drive through.

Why is this Dairy Queen always out of something?? Buns, chicken, ice, napkins.. these are just a few of the different times I have been in there. Also, all the workers act like they hate life. They act like they’d rather you choke and die as eat in there. There are other places to go work if it’s so bad… geez!

I really proud of those young kids work here they are very respectful has lots of patience. Good job to their parents and of course their managers raising well kids we dont see that anymore much. Virginia Minnesota location.

March 11, 2025, 8.30pm. The order of plain cheeseburger was screwed up 3 times, had to return and fix. The order of the deluxe cheeseburger came with black hair inside the box. HAIR!!! Like an anecdotal classic! Really??!?!? Awful quality control, guys! Very disappointed.

The blizzard always pass the test. Not big fan of their food but have no complaints. I feel like theres too much bun, not enough meat. Fries arw food dipped in milkshake.

What the heck is this? I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender box with curds and extra gravy, but I got fries instead of chicken!!! Crazy how almost every order here is incorrect.

Got chicken strips meal. All was good except Sunday. It tasted dine but topping was more then needed. I worked at 4 DQ’S in my life. We had to weigh, everything. This was not made like the onex I was taught. Taste was great though. And boy if I could do the cakes they would be selling better. Sorry don’t mean to think I know everything.

I stopped in for a quick meal. It didn’t turn out that way. I ordered number five on the menu. They handed me a plastic number to put on my table. It took a really long time to get my food. The inside of the restaurant was slow with only three tables occupied. I heard lots of laughing and talking coming from the kitchen. When my food was finally ready. They called my number rather than bringing it out to me. It was in a paper to go bag, even though I said “yes” when the cashier asked me if I was dining in. It was completely the wrong hamburger and my fries were cold. I sent it back and they tried to tell me it was my mistake. I told them I did not order the flame thrower hamburger. Again, it took a really long time for the correct food to come out. While I was waiting, they called another number out and set a bag on the counter. After it sat there for over five minutes I got up and went and told the table it belonged to. While I was eating, somebody who had gone through the drive-through came inside and said they had forgotten to give them their french fries and another table ended up with an extra shake. I hope the owner sorts out the issues with the staff because the restaurant seems really nice and new. It would be a shame to see it fail due to irresponsible staff. I won’t be back until the ratings improve.

Came in 9-17-25 at 2:30pm and everyone working was working their butt’s off. Excellent, friendly timely service even though they were super busy! Everyone working there today deserves a raise!

Very bad experience. I have spent the last 3 days reaching out to talk to someone and so far have been ignored. The order was wrong and it took an extra half hour to be done. I was also given this ranch. It was just a thick glob and not at all ranch like. The fries and cheese curds were also cold and nasty.
Will not be return to this location at all.
