When food was ordered (only three combos onion rings, and a shake) it took 20 minutes after paying and being told to pull forward before they brought my food to me. When I got home I realized they forgot the milk for the kids meal, did not leave the pickles off the kids burger (meaning my son won’t eat it) gave me cheese curds instead of onion rings, and the burger for me had a stale crushed top bun, raw looking bacon, and giant center core chunk of lettuce on it the size of a golf ball (the part you usually take out and throw away)That being said, no one was rude and about average polite and nice when ordering and talking the them at the drive through . But the insane wait just for so many things to be wrong with the order is a bit ridiculous

The entrance here is a little hard to turn left into, or drive across W Old Shakopee to get to it. So, be careful. It is connected to the parking lot of the MGM mini-mall, so I turned turned right into W Old Shakopee, went down the way, then I turned left into that parking lot much more easily.
And again the left turn onto W Old Shakopee via the exit from Dairy Queen is even worse. I’d say take a left into the parking lot and drive through that to take a right onto France Ave South with the light at W Old Shakopee.
The interior is clean and has good seating.
The customer service was busy, but friendly. I went at 730pm. So, I decided to skip the drive through.
Customers at most quick stop places like this, have a hard time getting their paper towels into the garbage can, so it was “piling up,” but otherwise clean.

Hard to beat this place on a hot summer day. The thin mint girl scout cookie blizzard is quite good, but trying my daughter’s very cherry chip blizzard, I have to say hers was better. Another family member has a chocolate dipped cone and really enjoyed that. The dining room is back open. Woohoo!

The blizzards here are always melted, and the pretzels? You practically need a license to carry them in Minnesota—they’re that hard. The staff have been kind and are doing their best despite being understaffed, but come on.

Update: got a call from the GM asking questions and apologizing. Said he was going to email me a 10 dollar credit. That never happened. From the looks of recent reviews it does not look like anything has improved. Still will not be back!

Everything overfilled, no lids and oozing all over the car. Is the freezer broke? Less than 5 min drive home and we had soup. Like my granddaughter said,”this isn’t even enjoyable”. Please no cookie cutter response from the owner saying we hope you give us another chance. With all the bad reviews you need to do something do better and stop giving the same old come back. Lived in Bloomington my whole life. Won’t be back and will be sure to let friends and family know about our awful experience.

One star is too generous for this DQ. It’s absolutely terrible. Service was abysmal, and inside the restaurant was disgusting. Got a refund and left.

Opened doors for us at 10:30, web site says opens at 10:00.
Staff had front of counter cluttered with machine parts, they had to clear an area for us to order.
Staff was not friendly.
No napkins available.

I ordered blizzard and large onion rings. According to he staff large onion rings contains 10 onion rings…mine had the 10 tiniest onion rings o have ever seen. The blizzards supposed to be stay in the container whereas mine was liquid and messed up my car. DQ items are very expensive but that’s fine but the company needs to hire and train their employees. They need to hire some responsible and good mannered employees.
