Stopped by at 7:30 on 11-7-2025. Staff was super friendly – fast and efficient taking our order even though it was complex with eat in and take out items on the same order. Spoke to manager and told her how awesome they are. Other restaurants could learn from how this store is managed. Keep up the great work, we will ALWAYS prioritize coming to Dairy Queen in Woodbury from now on.

Stopped by on 11/17/25 at about 1:55pm and will never come back to this location. I ordered via drive-thru and the ordering was simple enough. The young lady did not respond when I said, “thank you.” But the worst thing was the young man who took my payment. I noticed his moments were very calculated. He tried his best not to touch me at all. When giving my card back, to handling the food, to handing my drink and ketchup to me. I’m pretty sure it’s was because of my appearance. I’m mixed, but look black. He smiled as he opened the window initially until he saw my face. When I tired to thank him he closed the window pretty quickly. So sad, this was my first and last trip to this location.

Older dairy queen. Nice drive through. Older parking lot. Great selection of cakes. They have the Multi-flavor Coke dispensor for customers to use – A+ for that. People behind the counter were friendly and looked really fast service. Asked by two different employees if I wanted the cake decorated. Great team!

Been here a few times. Every blizzard is essentially just soft served ice cream and very tiny crumb bits. Might as well travel elsewhere to get a blizzard.

Stopped in for a simple ice cream cone. I ordered a large twist cone. The cone itself was a large cone but it had what I would consider a small to medium serving of ice cream. Compared to Hastings, Cottage Grove and Pine city it was definitely not to standards. I asked the lady about it and she said that is our large that it’s the new way of making them with those larger cake cones. This was absolutely not a large. I was charged for a large. It’s disappointing the new standard is spend more get less.

We won’t be going to this DQ location ever again. The Triple Truffle Blizzard cake was poorly made. We bought it expecting the truffle blend layer of ice cream to be chocolaty. Instead, it is just 100% vanilla ice cream slightly tinted without any chocolate flavor (see photo).
When I called, the general manager, Sheena was rude to me and my wife. Her tone was very poor and she said that “I should know that the chocolate colored ice cream is just tinted and is going to taste like vanilla. This is what her instructions from the corporate office for making it say.” Terrible cake and bad customer service.

Their lobby closes at 7pm. Be patient as you wait through the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes from the time I entered the line (DQ corner of Bielenberg)to the time I was handed my order. However it still moved pretty smoothly. I would gather it all matters on who orders what and time of day. To all the workers, we appreciate you. 🙂
