I love their new program! Warm points for free food are terrific. Both Dairy Queens in Oshkosh are very busy so the service can be slow. The staff is so nice it’s worth it.

So i suggest not going here before closing time. They poured a ton of salt on our food. Think McDonald’s fries, but 4 times worse. They were so bad, we couldn’t eat them. Maybe it wasn’t intentional, or maybe it was. But they had good motive if it was intentional.

I deleted my poor review, wanting to give the place another chance (been a customer for 20 years). I read all of the recent 1 star reviews that show none of my issues were fixed. I’ll give you 4 stars… But really, you need a couple good managers that prioritize timeliness, order accuracy, and customer service. It’s time to clean house!
