The young man working the cash register went above and beyond. That gentleman is exactly who you want to be the face greeting you and helping you. Informative and honest. We left the local DQ in Somerset because they were out of what we wanted and this DQ had plenty. Best short drive we’ve ever had to make. Thank you!

When we got to the store, we were the only ones there. We ordered our food, then got our drink cups. # 1, the ice machine was broke, so our drinks were luke warm. #2, there was only about 5-6 ketchup packs. #3 it took almost a half hour to get our food. $4 one of our party requested her sunday with her meal, but she didn’t get it. When we were ready to go, she got her sunday then.
#5 I ordered a dipped cone and one of our party ordered a blizzard to go. It took at least another half hour to get the blizzard, which was mostly thawed, and i FINALLY got my ice cream cone . A HALF HOUR to get an ice cream cone. I have NEVER had that bad of service at one of your stores.
Same lame response that every one else got, does any human even look at these reviews?

The reason for these scores is because we went in for lunch. November 10th it was 30 degrees outside and they had the door open; it was freezing in there. When asked why I was told it was warm in the morning so they opened the damn door. Now don’t you think they would have shut the door NO! Everyone was freezing in there! Very poor of the staff! I’m glad they have more Dairy Queen’s around. It ma be a long time I ever go back there. Miserable lunch.

Went there to get ice cream and waited in line for 24 minutes then left and not a single thing came through the drive through… there’s workers in there all over messing around and yet there was so many cars in the drive through waiting. Don’t hire teen workers if they won’t do their work..

Male at window was rude and very disrespectful. They made our cones right after car in front of us ordered hot food. So they sat there for 8 minutes. He said they were in cooler…. They didn’t look very appealing when I inquired about them sitting here told me I was hostile and he didn’t have time for that. Really……….

This is why I gave it a one star so I ordered two cheeseburgers and that’s five dollars to a two for five meal but then it’s $12 for some reason So I say isn’t that five dollars and she says no you have to say you want the two cheeseburgers for five dollars which that makes no sense And then she wanted to argue with me so I just left

The “hot fudge sundae” was not very full of fudge. Chicken strips were small with pretty rough presentation. The female worker that was there did not acknowledge us and was in a bad mood and did not try to hide it. I will keep coming here because it is close, but if there were other options available I would choose them over DQ.
Edit: After going here for a couple months, they have cycled through new people and have improved the food quality. Pleasantly surprised!

One of the largest DQs you’ll likely ever encounter. Clean interior, newish furniture, bright ambiance. Fast WiFi. Staff did not have a professional appearance. Looked like high school guys hanging out.
Took my order quickly. Medium dipped cone. Got the cone in about 2 minutes. I would not call it a success, however. See pic. Shape was not proper. Dip was irregular (not smooth) in appearance and way way too thick. The thing started leaking as soon as he handed it to me. See pic. Good thing is that I was not short changed in volume of soft serve!!

Thuis is what you get for $3.29 at DQ these days. Given we ate 4 fries before I took the photo that’s pretty weak.

Well 2 years ago I left a 1 star for this Somerset DQ (and I should have left one years earlier) and I can say it’s still 1 star. Nothing has changed over the time. I have gave this place more then 1 chance to see if it ever gets better. Everytime I have come through they always (and I mean always) forget something and I have to pull back around or I find out later on. This time is just sad I went through drive thru got a flamethrower with no Tomato & no bacon and some extras. I get home and open the sandwich box and find this halfass put together thing with the sauce on the side of the box and no top Bun . I mean seriously?? I have worked in the fast food industry when I was younger and it always amazes me how this location is sooo bad at what they do. It’s not that hard… been there done that. I can’t be the only person this happens to here and I’m not disappointed at the employees, I’m disappointed at the Managers not holding anyone accountable so this isn’t a problem anymore and lack of training I assume.
