Nicole was absolutely rude. I ordered a mint crunch blizzard, which had no mint when I asked about it I was told “that’s what we have” and she closed the drive thru window and walked away. They gave me a vanilla and Oreo blizzard and refused to remake it. I also received an eaten piece of bread? And burnt cheese curds. Horrible experience and I won’t be back

I went through drive thru and ordered the easiest thing, a chocolate shake. When the guy handed me my order it looked vanilla and had malt powder in it. So I went back in and asked them to remake it. All the dude did was add chocolate syrup to it. Now it’s watery from being blended so much.

Always professional and hard-working. Very clean restaurant. Once a DoorDash delivery person forgot half our order and said she was going fishing now and was not going to get the rest of our order. The DQ owner herself ran it 8 miles out to my house. Now that is Service above and beyond.

I like what Dairy Queen has to offer for food and dessert, but as is typical when I risk going to one, it is always slow as heck through the drive-thru. Some DQ’s do just fine, but like so many this location was so slow for no apparent reason. I should have just gone to Culver’s.

Every time l have gone to this Dairy Queen, they have screwed up my order. The last time (And it will be the LAST TIME), l ordered 2 Alaskan Fish combos. Shame on me. I didn’t take everything out of the bag, lay it all out on the counter and make sure everything was right.
When l got home with my order….NO FISH. Apparently, when you say “Fish” it means “Chicken Stip Sandwhich”
P.S……the Chicken Strips were dry/tough.
Anyway, I’m sorry to say l won’t be spending my money at This Dairy Queen anymore.

I originally had a bad review for this Dairy Queen, but my last couple visits have changed my mind. I know it varies per day who’s working what kind of quality you’ll get, but they have been remembering everything and have been friendly in their service. We’ll see what the future holds, but for now it has gotten better. I included a picture of the meal I’m eating right now that is perfect!

I like getting chicken strip baskets at dq. Chicken is fresh, fries are fresh, toast actually well toasted a couple times which is rare these days. This location however seems to give cold country gravy when you order warm country gravy. Once I even told them it was cold and they gave me a colder one.. otherwise the rest of the meal is on point.

We have more locations to audit, but this particular Dairy Queen stands out for all the wrong reasons. First and foremost, this location fails to provide any nutritional transparency or value for its food offerings. The prices are extremely high compared to the small portion sizes, and staple menu items such as chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings are excessively salty.
The beverages are no better—what’s served tastes like watered-down fructose syrup with artificial coloring and ice. As for the quality of the beef and chicken, it’s questionable at best, and likely the cheapest available based on taste and texture.
Customer feedback is blatantly ignored. Management seems disengaged and more interested in collecting a paycheck than addressing legitimate concerns. Worse, there’s a strong impression that staff are being overworked and undervalued.
Dairy Queen should be focusing on what it was originally known for—ice cream. However, even that is at risk. If the machines aren’t cleaned and maintained regularly, it jeopardizes the one thing that made Dairy Queen special in the first place.
In my opinion, the New Richmond location would be better off sticking solely to ice cream. Their current food quality and pricing do not bring any meaningful value to the community and only damage the brand’s reputation. Right now, the food is doing a disservice to the Dairy Queen name

Last two times I ordered the Royal cheese cake the staff never put strawberries in it. I called to complain but the manager was half arse about it. He seamed to not care one bit. They didn’t try to make it right after giving me something I didn’t order and expected me to be okay with not getting what I paid for… I’m Trying to find the GMs number now
