Came here after a burger lunch at a nearby restaurant. This location has a different layout/design than I am used to. It’s has a better design to service driveway thru traffic. We ate indoors. The place is well maintained and clean. Plenty of different seating areas to accomodate groups of people. Got a Dilly Bar, and a Chocolate Dipped Soft Serve. Both were excellent. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I’ve gone to Dairy Queen for 30+ years and never once asked for a free Blizzard or even asked them to flip it, they’ve always just done it. Last night we pull up, pay for our Blizzards, and I can see mine sitting there melting on the counter for a few minutes. No big deal, I get that people get busy.
But when the guy finally handed it to me, I said, “Aren’t you supposed to turn it over?” He goes, “I can’t, it’s too melty,” and then just gives me a melted, messy Blizzard anyway. For the next one he proudly flipped it upside down like nothing happened.
So I basically paid full price for one Blizzard and one Blizzard soup. Pretty lame to brag about Blizzards that don’t melt, then openly admit you’re serving me one that already has.
When I mentioned the “free” policy they advertised he said “we don’t do that anymore”…

I’ve been a regular at this DQ since it’s close to my work, but today was my last visit.
I placed a “Counter Pickup” order online, and the ordering process itself was quick and easy. When I arrived, there was an employee behind the counter who did not acknowledge me and continued bagging food. After waiting patiently, I overheard this employee loudly mock the spelling of my first name to another staff member. Not just once, but repeated it again and louder. My name is “Kandi,” and while I’ve heard jokes about my name my entire life, it was disappointing and unprofessional to experience that in a business setting.
When I spoke up, the employee offered a dismissive “sorry.” I asked for their name, which they gave as “Christian,” and was told there was no manager on duty.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and no customer should be mocked by staff. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t experience the same level of disrespect.

I’ve stopped here a few times, and the service has noticeably declined over the past few months. My order has been incorrect multiple times, and during my last visit the drive-thru didn’t give me my Blizzard. I waited at the window while two employees walked past me without acknowledging me. There were no other customers in the store or drive-thru. I eventually went inside and waited about four minutes before anyone helped me—one employee looked at me and then continued their conversation with coworkers.
I really love Dairy Queen, but between the poor service and just-okay food, this will be my last visit to this location.

Super clean, friendly, and fast new Dairy Queen. Cool look interior and exterior for a dairy queen. Nice outdoor area. Extremely fast service. Burger and chicken tenders were good as usual.

Great Dairy Queen. The flamethrower burger was good, but I wish they would had more of the veges. The fries are always hot and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Oreo fudge blizzard was a great drink replacement. It was really cool of them to add whipped cream on top I’ve never seen that before. The price was great at about $14 for a triple stacked burger fries and the medium blizzard.

Stop skimping on blizzard candies. Gave a 2nd chance and same result. Won’t be back till changes are made. I understand profit isn’t a dirty word but this was ridiculous.

This is a large cone at DW in Oconomowoc. There was hardly any ice cream but the cone was big! They get worse every time we go there.

We had ice cream and a hamburger. It was on par with what you would expect from DQ. The blizzards were delicious and the burger was definitely fast food.
