I used to love going to Dairy Queen but because they mess up my order every time I go there I stopped going. Well tonight I was hungry for it so I went there on my lunch break 8:45 pm n ordered a meal. However they messed up again. Not only was the fries cold but there was cheese on it when I asked for no cheese n I didn’t even get my drink. When I tried calling they had the phone off the hook. Something needs to get done about this. Very very unsatisfied.

This location has now hired enough workers to open the inside dining again. The dining room is clean and the staff is getting better at inside service. Glad to see that. We have decided if places don’t offer inside dining with no masks that we don’t go there. Our choice maybe not yours.

I’ve never been to this location but thought I would check them out. Service was fair at best, but I could tell a lot of staff were new. I received my order, chill dog and shake extremely fast but the hot dog looked like it was either nuked to the extreme and or was in the sun for 2 days. The chilli sauce was WAY above temp making it almost impossible to eat let alone trying to bite through that rubbery hotdog.. I still ate it all being I was hungry even though the fear of the runs lingered in the back of my mind! so 3 stars this time around we will try again next week.

The person at the window was rude. First off it started with missing a drink. How do you have 4 meals but only 3 drinks? And then when you pay for a bacon cheese burger since we all know bacon doesn’t get on a sandwich at a cheap price. Then you forget it all together. And then the presentation of the burger looks like my toddler could have done a better job at the assembly of the sandwich. Then shove every thing all into one bag so that way everything inside of the bag is smashed. Very disappointed with the whole experience there. I personally don’t think that I will be dining there again. Because it is just disappointing to see how that dairy queen has come along. The food always used to be something that you enjoyed seeing now days it isnt going anywhere but down. Hopefully with enough people standing up to that kind of service something will change.

I’m shocked by the silly negative comments, especially given they were added during the pandemic. Have some grace, people. We are all run down and if somebody got your order wrong, wheel back around and get it fixed if it’s that important. Then realize if that’s all you have to complain about, be thankful. So, we ate here tonight. Friendly drive through, got what we ordered, and I’ve yet to eat a Blizzard I didn’t love. Thanks to the hard workers at DeWitt Dairy Queen.
