I had gone in to order a birthday cake. I had specifically requested extra decorations and when I went to pick up the cake the extra decoration was one line of frosting. Made sure to say extra flowers. When I was talking to the employee behind the counter he would not look me in the eye. I have ordered a cake from there for 5 years and every time it is never what I ordered and leave disappointed and hurt. This location can’t seem to do special order cakes. I will never order a cake from this location ever again. The extra frosting decorations was a draped line on the side of the cake. They had more decorations on the premade cakes.

Got Pretzels and a Cheeseburger, pretzel were ok, but burger was terrible and I always use to like their burgers. Bun was like chewing leather and very small, terrible! Won’t be competing with other chains if that keeps up! I should have complained at that moment, but the more I thought about it, the more I got disgusted! So I’m saying something now!
Also, the $5 Mystery bags use to have 3 items, enjoyed trying them, but now only 2 items and one was ice cream with real peanut butter on it! Must have been an employee special!
Wish Jerry was back running the place! Going downhill, and he wouldn’t be happy hearing it from me! He always asked me how was my experience!

waited over 10 minutes just for our order to be taken only 1 person in front of us. This person was also waiting to take his order when we walked in. payed for extra sauce never got it. took over 30 minutes to get out food. Bathroom door for mens has no lock and is busted anyone can walk in on you.

Went downhill hard over the last 3 years. Frequently out of chocolate ice cream, spoons, core ingredients. They have also started a new 4.50$ credit card charge that they sneak in your bill for anyone using a card.

Yay DQ! I ate there with my sister. We both had their classic cheeseburger combo. The hamburger was a little small compared to other fast food spots but it was good. But it came with fries and it came with a a Sunday two. That was awesome I didn’t expect that!
The service was fairly quick.
They changed up the inside now there’s kind of a fun seating area with cushy chairs and a little coffee table. It’s a nice little Gathering Place there was some high school kids eating there in the nook comfy chair area. That’s nice to see kids gathering at a place like that.
Forgot to mention they have good deals on those combos it was $7 for that combo. To me that’s a better price than most places.

Awful service. We’ve been waiting almost more than an hour for our blizzards. Still waiting as I type this.We only ordered 3 things!! While we were waiting we saw multiple people go through the line and get their food before us. Everyone through the drive through was served before us. People who came in after us half an hour later and ordered more got their ice cream before us. I do not recommend going to this Dairy Queen ever! More than enough people working and it wasn’t even busy. Ridiculous.

The restaurant was easy to find with ample parking. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean and easy to find. Overall the place was clean. My family all ordered milkshakes to go, once on the road my husbands milkshake cup split down the middle, making a mess in our car. The cups were of a very poor quality and with very little pressure split. Had the cup held I would have rated higher.

Best Dairy Queen around! Clean store, friendly staff, high-quality service! Their cakes are fit for a Queen! They do a great job with the designs, and the attention to detail is second to none. 5/5 recommend!!! PS: Ask about the secret peanut butter blizzard.

One of the front entryways was blocked with storage junk and locked. The other next to it was open.
When staff saw me and second customer come through the door they hid in the back for about 5 minutes. I think they were hoping we’d go away.
Past experience with this behavior normally results in staff messing with the food so I left.

I used the drive through, if you have a large vehicle be careful, turning radius is very tight. Food was great though. Blizzard as always.
