there is always a long wait in the drive thru because they don’t have cars pull up to the park slots when they have to wait for food. the drive thru order taker always has to repeat your order 4- 5 times before they get it correct. employees need to concentrate on customer service. management needs to train and encourage their people.

Not only did I wait in line for 20 minutes, I ordered a mash up mixing bowl blizzard and received absolutely no toppings in my blizzard. None. Only vanilla ice cream….what a joke of a Dairy Queen.

I just left this location after waiting 27 min for the drive through and for food. My pop is 100% out of carbonation and hardly any syrup. I got 27 french fries on a 4 piece tender meal. Only to be told after i ordered and made it to the window for 4 min they were out of gravey. And the pieces of chicken were tiny. Plus i had to pull around and wait on the food. Ill never go to this location again.

Ordered a chili dog combo and I guess I should have read the reviews before I went. This is how many fries I got with my meal. This is absolutely ridiculous but after reading the reviews I shouldn’t be surprised. This seems to be a constant issue and “management” only responding by saying we’re sorry, hope you’ll give us another chance. This place is run by kids with an owner that based on reviews clearly doesnt care.

Ordered several 4 peice chicken strip baskets was charged the 6 piece price when questioned the lady at the counter, she acts super confused and was not willing to fix or adjust. Told me that the board was wrong and the prices had changed. Called several different dairy queens, and that’s not the case. Even if you order online, the prices aren’t the same.Watch out for the extra charges. I’m not sure where my stolen money went.

If I could give a zero I would. Waited in the drive through lane for 20 minutes, they helped the car in front of us and when it was our turn, said sorry the car in front of you was the last one.
Never again will I darken their door step.

Awful service and dessert! Waited 25 mins in line only to get soupy chocolate malts, parfaits soupy and gushy all over the place! The kicker is we received a blizzard that if the employee would have presented it upside down she would have had sticky soupy mess to clean up!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Paying $30.63 for this mess is outrageous! I can even get a reply back from management!
