Came here 9/26/25 for a late dinner after 9pm. Received some amazing service. Guy working the counter was very friendly and made polite conversation, he even brought our food to our table! The food was super fresh and hot, very enjoyable. Probably the best toast I’ve gotten from Dairy Queen.

Horrible experience lady was rude from start , my whole order was wrong got charged extra for something I didn’t even order or ask for pup cups don’t even have the dog bone or anything special. Will just stick to other ones nearby . Bc place is horrible cant even get ice cream order correct and wanna upcharge for toppings I didn’t ask for and can’t get sizes right..

Food was great and spot on. Floor was so sticky that it almost pulled the shoes right off of our feet. The guy at counter lacks some customer service skills but was mediocre. The two gentlemen working on the food in back seemed to enjoy their jobs and we’re having a blast. They should teach the guy at the register.

Burgers aren’t bad….but 5.99 for a double cheeseburger with basics.
Banana split for $7+…half of the banana had a big bad spot on it & barely any fudge or strawberries.
A little quality control would go a long way.

The first thing I ordered I was told that they were out or something wasn’t working. Seriously! There was one person taking orders, handing out orders, making sunday’s, shakes, parfait’s…so on and so forth. I was not impressed. If it wasn’t for the ice cream, I would not go back to any Dairy Queen.

The man claiming to be the district manager came to our table and ask us to leave because we had been there for almost 30 mins and we haven’t bought anything. Little did he know we had placed a mobile order 15 mins prior. After we told him this he asked for the name like we were lying among other words of how we should have told him before. My husband said he didn’t have to be a dick. The general manager then proceeded to escalate the situation by raising his voice not to come at him like that and we don’t know who he is and proceeded to try and fight my husband. I asked for our food so we could leave but it was not even done yet !!!! He refused to give us his name or a number for corporate. I am in management and this is not how you handle this kind of situation. After hearing we indeed have an order he should have apologized and went on his way. He should be ashamed of himself acting this way in front of my 2 year old. If that man would have hit my husband dairy Queen would have a pretty big lawsuit. I suggest you get your leadership under control before you do indeed have a lawsuit.

We went through the drive through tonight and while checking our bag to make sure we got all of our food we noticed we were
missing a burger. I was about to walk inside from the drive through waiting parking spots when Hayden appeared holding the missing burger. After dropping off our food she realized we were missing a burger and ran out to bring it to use before we left. She apologized repeatedly but I feel like she didn’t need to because she solved the problem before I had to. The food was really fresh and delicious,

This DQ is worth driving the distance for. The customer service isn’t always super friendly but they almost always gets the orders correct and the food and ice cream are tasty!

Visited again on 2.3.24 and ate inside with my kiddos around 2:30 PM. I has a complicated order with substitutions and a discount code from the app but the customer service was patient and helpful and honored all my requests. The restaurant was clean. The ice cream came out as ordered. Overall pleasant experience.
