Restaurant was very clean and Roderick was very nice. I got the Ham and Swiss…the meat was a thicker slice instead of shaved, which is what I’ve always in the past. A little chewy.

We LOVE Arby’s as a family, and it’s sad that the worst Arby’s we have ever been to is in our home town of Clinton. The music inside is the best part. Love it. This is a BRAND NEW building with mold and mildew all around the vents in the ceiling. Last time we came, no Arby’s sauce. Today we came, no curly fries. They are always understaffed, slow, and you can tell no one is happy to be here. One time that was different but you can tell some upper management was here and everyone was different. But 99% it’s just depressing. So sad.

It was good but not the way I remember it. I had not been to Arby’s in many years and although I know it’s not a hamburger place I was shocked to see that it was 13.00 for a single meat hamburger meal. Granted it had bacon on it but it was small in comparison to everywhere else and it costed a lot more. It was good but it was super expensive

Your sign showing your ham and cheese at 2 for $7 enticed me to try it. The sandwiches were small with skimpy ingredients. If you cut back for the promo it did the opposite. I will not try the regular sandwich for fear it will be the same.

A few weeks ago I went in to see any specials, the normal 2-$7.00 ….. First, the darn parking and drive thru is terrible for anything other than maybe a bicycle or a scooter…
The lady said, we have a few fish left over from Easter, they are special 2 for $7.00….,
Ok, 2 no lettuce…..
After probably 5 minutes, she says, we’re out of tartar sauce…….
Needless to say, I’ve never been back….

Pulled up to the speaker they took at least 6 minutes to answer. Ordered my food get to the window waiting about another 8 minutes before they came to accept my payment. Then they closed the window and it took about 13 minutes for me to get my food. On top of that it was hard around the edges and they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle. The wait time for my payment and food was unacceptable. I won’t be going back to that location again. Oh and the sweet tea was nasty.

It was a quiet dine-in experience. Everybody seems to want to go drive through these days. I like the free refills on drinks and extra sauce when requested. Very friendly staff. The food was good and my belly is a big. I’ll go back again. Especially with my coupons.

I’ve sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with no one in front of me. No one in the waiting area this has to stop this is everytime I come to this place. This is Sunday October 20, 2024 at 11: 37am.You all have to much inappropriate stuff going on in the building. Customers don’t need to be waiting 20 minutes for their foolishness. Just horrible all the way around, I have question the management.

Took about 10 mins at the drive-thru. There were only 2 people in front of me. The person working the window had a difficult time with my simple order. To top it off, my food was cold. Nothing like a cold cup of cheese sauce. I don’t eat fast food very often. This reminds me of why I don’t.
