I haven’t been to a dairy queen in years. Went for a hot fudge sundae. Each item requested on it is an additional charge. They no longer offer marching cherries. They were stingy with the fudge. Had half a sundae left and no fudge. I won’t be returning.

My stop was at 11:30 and there were several vehicles in the parking area. I thought we would have a little wait. I guess everyone beat us to the food. I walked directly to the register to order. The staff member was busily restocking a dispenser and greeted me. She was very friendly and quickly took the order. The beverage area was clean and well stocked with lids, straws, and napkins. I had just enough time to use the restroom before the food arrived. The BBQ chicken tender basket was delicious. The tenders were crispy, hot, and perfectly sauced. The onion rings were hot and crispy and the toast was good. The restaurant was about 1/2 full when I left.

Order was not correct My hamburger was not cooked driving out of town I contacted the manager to let them know so no one else has the possibility of getting samanela poisoning. Manager response well they are coming off the grill cooked now. I asked for nothing only to protect people. Posting because manager was rude and didn’t care.

I don’t normally do this, but I had to give 5 stars all the way down. Overall, the restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were magnificent, and the employees greeted us, and we’re very friendly. I will definitely come back here and recommend others come, too. I hope that everyone else’s experience is just as good as mine was today.
