Went to the speaker to order 3 blizzads. Spent 5 minutes repeating my order to them for each time to get it wrong. Asked for a vanilla cookie dough to have them make it chocolate. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake to have a whole frozen strawberry thats was like a rock. And a peanut butter puppy chow that was tasting like butterfinger candy with no peanut butter taste at all. When we asked if there was something they could do like make a different one and they tried to make us look retarded. Talking down to us like they were better than us. Ill say this now im never going back there again.

Ice cream is great. Staff, however was not. The entire atmosphere felt unorganized and unprofessional. Staff were complaining about me using the bathroom 35 minutes before close. It just felt like the people who were there didn’t want to be working there.

For the love of god, put the rainbow sprinkles on the top! If I want to be a pretty little princess and get a little vanilla cup with rainbow sprinkles, I don’t want them ON THE BOTTOM. We got the chicken, a chili dog, and pretzel sticks. The chicken was good, average for DQ, but the rest of the food was not good at all. The meat was burned, the pretzels had way too much butter and almost no salt, and the queso was bland.

DON’T COME HERE. The workers are a lost cause. Came here against my better judgement. The workers were loud, rude, didn’t even greet myself, my wife or any other customers that came into the store while we were here after first walking in. Not even that busy at 2pm on a Monday. Food orders took forever, and they were not quality. The fries were undercooked, the chili was burnt, the hot dog was overboiled and had split skin you can tell no one was paying attention when it was cooked. They even messed up my wifes ice cream order. She asked for a chocolate dipped cone with chocolate large size. She got a medium. The worker said oh sorry and walked away. ABSOLUTELY horrible. This location is one to avoid. Also see their ridiculous policy, photo attached for proof here. Basically I interpret it to we won’t remake your food, if you don’t like it tough luck. I will go to DQ but NOT this location. Do Better in the future Clio Dairy Queen.

From 4 stars to 2 stars for the simple fact that I placed a mobile order and upon arrival I was asked for identification. Very awkward to show anyone my identification to get food. It would have been much better to ask for my order proof or something. I will not be going back for this reason. Even the police can’t just ask for identification. Very privacy concerning on this issue.
