We ate here while visiting French lick. If you order any burgers that has special orders even a plain cheese burger they can’t get the order correct. It took them 3 times to get us a plain cheeseburger. If you get ketchup or mustard on burgers it’s really sloppy. It look like it was mostly new workers there because when we order they rung us up for meal deal instead of kids meal. Make sure you’re more specific or they won’t get order right. Don’t order if they are extremely busy because they get confused easily about the order!

it would be very appreciated if you got what you were paying for. opened my chicken box and had barely any fries and on top of it they were cold. my tenders were the size of my palm and they were also cold. i know that isn’t coming out of your paycheck so let’s do a little better. not a soul was in line so there’s no excuses as to why my meal was horrible.

Will NEVER come back! Most disguising fast food restaurant I have been to and there was so much trash on the floor. The girls were rude and extremely unprofessional. We watched the girl getting fries use her hand to put them in the fry box.

Waited in drive thru for 30 mins and then another 20 in a parking spot. After she said 7 mins for sausage.

Me and my family go to DQ often, this one by far was the worst. I don’t understand why all the workers except for two of them were messing around and not working. One worker fixed her hair in the food section and proceeded not to wash your hands before working with the food. We only did two stars because of the two ladies that were actually working and because the ice cream was good. We are very disappointed and will probably not be returning back.

Waited forever in drive through. When we got to the order screen no one said anything for like 15 minutes. We were wondering if it was broken and we’re about to pull forward to order when someone finally says something. Then we only ordered two blizzards and they got one wrong.

We were in the restaurant today to get ice cream. Restaurant was empty, zero customers. The cashier seemed unfamiliar with the register. We waited until a lady came over and helped him. Then we sat for well over 40 minutes, finally my husband said is our ice cream ready yet…one girl was on her phone while the other employees were just standing around. Then we got our ice cream, it was good. The restaurant was filthy dirty, napkins and spilled food on the floors. Tables had crumbs, flies everywhere. We will not be back.

Great ice cream served in clean restaurant by very kind knowledgeable workers. Clean bathrooms, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Highly recommend!
