This was the first time I’ve been here, and everything was great. It looked like they might have been short staffed, so the wait was longer, but that’s alright. The shakes I ordered were great, and the staff was awesome.

I never had a problem at any other dairy queens. The one in Winchester however, is not good at all. We ate their twice, and both times the food was beyond greasy (hamburger and French fries). It was unedible and tasted like it was cooked in grease that was old and not cleaned out properly, and sitting out for a while. It was literally dripping in grease. Never ate anywhere that was that bad. I ended up throwing away most of it. Also, the wait in line is really long, about 20 minutes both times we went. Not a fan. Hope it gets better.

I just went to your Winchester Indiana DQ and got a Banana Split. I waited at the pickup window for 10 minutes. When I got it, it barely had any strawberry topping on it at all, almost none, or pineapple. For $6.00 it was terrible. I won’t be going back!!

I bought 2 royal New York cheesecake blizzard’s and they served it without any cheesecake bites and the ice cream was so runny she definitely couldn’t flip the cup and didn’t even try. Then when it was brought to her attention she got kind of rude! I just know that I paid $7 for each one and it was just a runny cup of vanilla ice cream with some strawberries in it! I think not!!

Went inside while drive thru was busy. Waiting for over ten minutes for a very simple order. It was greasy and cold and disgusting when I got back in the car to leave with my to go order. They prioritize drive over carry out. Don’t bother doing inside unless you like disgusting food.

Ignore the rude reviews. A new, very nice restaurant with great burgers and ice cream. This location is brand new and I expect things to be slower as everyone is learning. Be respectful and patient as it is awesome to have DQ in town!
