Everytime I come here the staff is very rude. I am currently sitting in the parking lot after going through the Drive-Thru. They handed us our food but they didn’t put the sauce in the bag that we were charged for. They proceeded to argue with us that is was in the bag when we asked about it. We took all the food out of the bag to prove it wasn’t in there and realized the pretzel sticks had salt on them. We said no salt and the reciept said no salt as well. When they brought us our sauce, I informed him that my order was wrong. While I was talking he shut the window on me. Then he told the other staff “now they are complaining about their pretzel sticks”. Yes we complained because it was incorrect not to be rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I worked there in the past and I can personally say the management there is atrocious.

We have been going to Dairy Queen on S. Madison for years. Like everything else it has become terrible. Anyone who orders a bunch of food in the drive thru does not have to pull forward and by the time you get your ice cream it is melted. You are given no napkins and have to ask for a receipt. You are lucky if you get anything in a blizzard but ice cream. Use to be the best cheese burgers around. Now they are always dry. I never thought I would see this from a locally owned franchise.

Because who doesn’t love ice cream. Besides the very very slow quickness that the window people seem to have the ice cream was well worth the wait. Although I’m still not sure why it took 15 minutes to get a couple ice creams when there was nobody else

Drive-thru was quick and attendants were friendly! The food was above average for fast food! The fries and burger were hot, put together in an orderly manner and resembled the quality of the photo (A rarity at most fast food places.). I was pleasantly surprised, as I usually just stop at DQ for ice cream.

Six of us stopped in to grab a bite of lunch during a break from putting a church rummage together. They have a terrific selection of food . What some of us were after was something light and they have a “2 for $5” or a “3 for $7″…very nice meals if you just want something light. The place was clean and staff was friendly.
