I ordered a banana split. When it was handed to me it looked delicious two or three pieces of banana on top. As I was eating more I took a bite of banana that didn’t taste very good so I scraped the ice cream away and there were very overly ripened bananas at the bottom. I can’t believe how someone could do this to a customers order when they most likely wouldn’t eat it themselves.

Ordered food online. Always use the app for the deals. I wanted to try the new saucy chicken. I ordered the box with a large fry and extra toast and added gravy as a side. When I picked up my order they realized they were missing one of my chicken tenders. I waited for it. When I got my food everything was cold except the one chicken tender, and my gravy was missing. When I told the employee that I was missing my gravy he tried to put his hand in my bag which is completely unsanitary. My family and I will not be returning and will be letting others know of our experience. Do better!

Ordered to go from this location which is maybe a 3 minute drive from my house and the food was COLD the cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger, and there were literal chunks of onion not cut on both burgers I ordered.

Last time I went the service was soooo slow I watched 6 people drive away. It took about 20 minutes for me to move from the speaker to the window. There were only 3 cars ahead. Then when I got to the window another 5 minute wait when I had a mobile order. I wished Peyton was working that day because he always walks out my online order and then I can just leave the line. Peyton should be manager even though he is young. The heavy set guy with brown hair i believe was the manager the night of this visit. He should be fired. He does not know how to run a business efficiently.

We arrived at the Dairy Quees on South Madison, rudely greeted by Jacob (one of the front line workers) after placing our order, he decided that arguing with my husband (who has no arms) about the cup size he was able to hold. He then served our food, did not bring the entire order and argued with me again about my burger being microwaved and without asking how he could help make it better he just walks off. We asked for ketchup and mustard, which he found appropriate to throw it at out table. Not one time did he ask how we were doing. My husband goes to place an ice cream order, after placing the ice cream order, Jacob takes payment then decides to tell my husband they were out of one of the items he had just paid for!!
This shop used to be phenomenal, now with bad service, microwaved food (which should never happen in any restaurant) and placing/paying order to be told they did not have the product; this has become the absolute worst DQ in Muncie!
