i usually don’t write reviews but every time i come here its usually takes a while. doesn’t matter if its drive thru or inside. i went in around 5:30pm and only ordered 4 piece chicken basket and a blizzard. it’s took 30 mins and once they gave me my food it wasn’t correct. once i said something about it being wrong they switched it but there was bbq all over my box and gravy. will not be going to this location again.

Got some ice cream after the kids band concert. My first time going in. Weird layout. Park in the back walk in the back door and find the front of the store take right and walk 20 paces to the register. Not sure who grand idea it was but yeah. DQ pretty much about out of my price range.

Store employees dont care about door dash orders i was waiting 6 minutes on just a medium drink to complete my order. Store employees were too focused on drive through wanting people to pull forward into parking spaces and wait even though the food wasn’t ready rather than just get me the drink real quick.

“I would strongly advise against visiting this location. The atmosphere here is absolutely terrible, making for an extremely unpleasant experience.
The core issue seems to be the management style. The leadership fosters a toxic work environment where employees appear miserable and stressed, and that negativity bleeds directly into the customer experience. Staff members are often rude, inattentive, and seem actively discouraged from being helpful.

workers rude
came and took our tray when there was literally ONE OTHER TABLE saying they “need it”
workers could be heard by the restrooms laughing and cussing up front at the counter (yeah i saw AND heard them because i was by the windows next to the patio.
will not be coming back if this place continues to be this bad.

Walked on around 6p on a Sunday. Help was teenagers messing around. Ice cream dispenser apparently not working right, ice cream all over. Staff laughing back and forth.Placed order, was told 3 times it was to go. Brought out on a tray; staff was told it was a to go order. Girl took it back to get it packed. I went to counter, told manager that it had been a long time since I had been in there and it still sucked. Manager said she was trying to train 3 newbies at one time. She did apologize. Not sure if I,ll go back

Do they even look at the pictures where they make the treats?! The signature treats are never made right and a medium hot fudge sundae has more fudge than a teaspoon! Who teaches these people how to make the treat? Are they told to save money? I’m not going there anymore.
